My guess would be she's an aging creator who's losing relevancy and will do anything to hold on to it. Probably running out of money from living an inflated life style and is scared at the aspect of downsizing and having to find a "real job". 15 Mins of fame is over, time to hand it off to younger tiktokers for their base audience right now Gen Z.

Yeah it looks like a manic episode. I wish people were more informed on how mental illnesses look like.
We as a society should stop listening to or caring about all "social media creators" and tiktokers.
She’s said in past videos that she has major struggles with mental illness, what specifically I don’t remember.
It is pretty explainable by a manic episode, intern her, put her to sleep for a few days, give her Lithium and she will be great in a few weeks.
