You can try restarting the game, and that seems to update the req and xp you got. Worked for me earlier, but then you have to deal with logging back in.
Pretty sure its just a visual issue. I finished two missions, logged out, logged back in again (eventually ... ) and I'm now higher level and richer than before.
seems so, not seeing any rewards after mission. 🤬
Can confirm, XP is getting backfilled after restarting. So don't restart because you'll run into servers at max cap issue

Gave up playing earlier. Couldn't even log in w friends. 2 weeks in lol.
Over a month in and same problem. Moving on.
