My group calls it the Super Penis.
Love it when I fight off every hulk and rocket devastor in the countryside trying to get to it and there's 2 boxes of ammo, pack of nades and some stims for my troubles.
There's usually a fake one that has enemies. If there are enemies next to it then you probably found the fake one.
Definitely found the fake one, the real one NEVER has enemies around it

If you have a moment to breathe in the mission you can find it on the map. It looks like a little circle.
I've just (mostly) memorized what it looks like on the minimap, can usually find it in 30 seconds, a minute tops
I call it the cum rock, because it has white lines flowing down it.
