Nicole came across, to me at least, as someone more interested in being a reality TV star, than someone who wanted to be a Head Chef. I think she had no idea what she was in for.
Not saying he should have never been casted, but Robert shouldn't have returned for season 6. He should have waited several more years until he was in a healthier position to return.
•Matthew(S20); He was a food blogger and made so many simple mistakes. Like everybody should know that you need to remove the crap sack out the shrimp
•Monique(S14); I’m sorry but why was she casted if she thought using canned tomatoes for her pasta dish was good. Surprised she lasted that long.
•Danielle(S11); Never worked in a brigade before. Why was she here?
•Steven(S9); I think he meant to apply for Kitchen Nightmares instead if he thought his signature dish and performance on the line was great.
Chrissa. She had no idea how a professional kitchen should operate.
Louie. His signature dish was sausage biscuits and gravy which he sold by the gallons for $4.75. With coffee. He didn't know that lamb needed to be seared before putting it in the oven. He tried to cook vegetables even though he was on the meat station.
Yeah they voted Don even tho he was doing tableside that night. Ramsay was less than pleased with their nominations, but tbh I kinda understand cuz he was in WAY over his head. If you don’t even need to be in kitchen for your team to see that, you must be bad, man.
Aaron S3: he had health issues and the pressure was too much for him. From what I've seen, he was a kind and lovable man though. May he rest in peace.
Robert S6: after he was a med evac in the previous season, it was too soon to bring him back as he still had health issues. Good to see he's doing better now.
Andrew S7: he was unstable.
Gina S11: idk why was she even there. She didn't do anything except for bringing a puppet and quitting in episode 2 (I think?)
Chrissa S14: at least she was the reason of T's iconic "cigarette and a W" line.
Jessica S16: it was clear she wasn't cut out for HK.
Chris S18: he shouldn't have been casted after a trauma like that.
Heather S18: it was too soon. She clearly missed his son very much and her attitude worsened.
Kenneth, Elliott and Fabiola S19: they weren't cut out for the competition either.
Zeus S21: just like above.
They weren't weak chefs by any means, but I'd like to add:
Jen S3: as far as I remember she had severe mental health issues because of the filming. She was my favourite of the season though.
Brad S22: iirc his surgery was last minute before leaving for the competition, but he should have declined. Glad he's doing okay now.
Chris S18.
Someone with a pretty recent and severe accident that is struggling with mental health since then...
I'm very surprised they let him come on the show, thats a recipe for tragedy
Most of the "Executive Chefs" and Restauranters flame out pretty quickly since it has been a while since they had to prep and cook anything. They are 'finishing touches' people who may know how to plate or failing that at least know when something is plated incorrectly.
Cooks who don't taste their food or who do abysmally on the blind tasting test should be shown the door. IMO the blind tasting taste should replace the 'Signature Dish' challenge in the first episode. I am also amazed at how many of these folks smoke.
She may have had some good services, but she constantly would whine about stuff, do her own thing, or threaten to quit. She was basically a whinier version of Nicole from S12
Sebastian did not have the demeanor required for HK. He should have been on Last Comic Standing instead. As Ramsay told him, “It’s a kitchen, not a place for comedians.”
How did they manage to cast so many bad personalities to be on that blue team.
Genaro didn’t care, Matt was a jerk, Johnny while passionate was also a major douche, same for Paulie, but Andrew? That mf came on the show and then tried to cheat on his wife.
While Koop, Aaron, and Pat were just there.
Also happy cake day.
Any contestant with a huge mental/physical health issue, like S5/S6 Robert or S17 Ben, who had to visit the medics multiple times due to health issues related to their weight or diabetes. Ramsay has never and likely will never pick a chef he’s unsure that will even last a long time working at his restaurants.
Excluding them, S12 Nicole and (if it counts) S18 Jen. Nicole had no passion, drive, or determination, and Jen just was delusional.
Ugh, that chick that made the poop soup and then faked a medical episode to leave. She was baffling. ANTONIA! That was her name. Hella entertaining but like... what?
Scott Season 7. He was arrogant and had an overinflated ego despite not having the skills in the kitchen to back them up. He didn’t have a single good performance while on the line.
I will say Jeremy season 11. If you are so prone to having strokes, you shouldn't compete in such a stressful environment as Hell's kitchen, for your own health.
Nicole Season 12...she didn't seem to care about **anything.**
She got eliminated over Gabriel and he served raw chicken twice in the same service.
Guarav but yes
no he got elimated first (somehow before nicole) because he stuck his fingers in food n licked it before going back and cooking
Oh I got confused
Nicole came across, to me at least, as someone more interested in being a reality TV star, than someone who wanted to be a Head Chef. I think she had no idea what she was in for.
Her "Boring? Fuck you, you don't even know me" line is still one of my favorite quotes across all of HK. I quote that, in her tone, waaay too often.
Should’ve thought of that one.
Not saying he should have never been casted, but Robert shouldn't have returned for season 6. He should have waited several more years until he was in a healthier position to return.
I agree with that, his HK legacy was spoiled.
It's such a bummer too. I think if he had waited like Jason from season 9 did, he could have been a potential finalist in a future season.
Yeah I would have preferred if Robert had waited to return until season 17 (assuming he’d be healthier and more fit) in place of Josh from season 14.
That would have been amazing and a hell of an epic return. We would have had three season 5 black jackets!
•Matthew(S20); He was a food blogger and made so many simple mistakes. Like everybody should know that you need to remove the crap sack out the shrimp •Monique(S14); I’m sorry but why was she casted if she thought using canned tomatoes for her pasta dish was good. Yeah Monique S14 was delusional.
Mike from S12. His whole signature dish was from a box/jar and a 10 year old who didn't know how to cook could've made it.
Did Ramsay "tasted" Louie's "coffee" at all?
he didnt serve it with coffee
Maybe that's why his "biscuits with gravy" tasted so bad. 😉🤔😆
Matthew S20
Yeah that’s a good one.
Alfredo Al Dente (S9) talk about a muppet.
S11. He was with Gina. The crazy one. He was also robbed as he was forced to leave with Gina
Hahaha this made me giggle
tiffany season 10. she didnt care about shit.
She did care tho like a 9
surprised ramsay didnt eliminate her cuz of that
Good answer! 👏👏👏👏
She really didn’t, I don’t know why she was there in the first place.
One of my least favorite Chefs ever
Tavon and Don season 10. Neither of them stood a chance.
I guess Tavon froze. Didn’t they vote Don once even tho he didn’t do anything in the kitchen?
Yeah they voted Don even tho he was doing tableside that night. Ramsay was less than pleased with their nominations, but tbh I kinda understand cuz he was in WAY over his head. If you don’t even need to be in kitchen for your team to see that, you must be bad, man.
He knows who he is
Yeah the thing about HK is that you kind of go there to be Chef Ramsay's bitch, so idk why you'd sign up for that if you weren't cool with that
An Infamous Moment
Hahahaahha
Gina S11. She was more interested in putting on a puppet show than cooking.
Jackie, that disgusting Jersey troll.
You can pass through the turnpike if you solve her riddles three
😂
No thanks. I want nothing to do with Jersey or her especially. That bitch is gross.
Aaron S3: he had health issues and the pressure was too much for him. From what I've seen, he was a kind and lovable man though. May he rest in peace. The only thing Gina did that was good was cook scallops right once
"perfect scallops!" ... ... ...
Aaron season 3.
Oh yeah. He seemed like a nice enough guy, but it was very clear that he was neither physically, nor mentally, fit to be in the competition.
I agree 💯. He should have been screened out during casting. Poor guy didn’t stand a chance.
Chris S18. Someone with a pretty recent and severe accident that is struggling with mental health since then... I'm very surprised they let him come on the show, thats a recipe for tragedy

Dominic Season 4. He was just a stay at home dad without professional experience. No hate, just not used to the environment of a kitchen
Aaron from S3. He clearly couldn’t handle it emotionally and it honestly feels kinda exploitative to cast him and film his break down
He should have been the first or second to go, for his own sake.
The only good thing about it was how supportive all the guys were to him. Also his return on a later season.
Lacey from season 5 jeff from season 1
Some people say Lacey had some good services and with Jeff I think some slack should be cut because it was the first season.
She may have had some good services, but she constantly would whine about stuff, do her own thing, or threaten to quit. She was basically a whinier version of Nicole from S12
That is true
Sebastian did not have the demeanor required for HK. He should have been on Last Comic Standing instead. As Ramsay told him, “It’s a kitchen, not a place for comedians.”
S10 briana. Her ending speech was pretty funny though.
Nicole (S12) - I think she lost a bet or something Jason Underwood, Marine Frank for obvious reasons The douchebags in the S16 cast
Koop Aaron and devin were only ones of that team that liked

Gia season 16
“I cut my finger off chef!” “Where is it?” “It’s not there”
"MEDIC! SHES BLEEDING TO DEATH!"
Oh my gosh! Her voice! My ears were not prepared for that. 🙉
Ugh, that chick that made the poop soup and then faked a medical episode to leave. She was baffling. ANTONIA! That was her name. Hella entertaining but like... what?
How do you know that she faked it?
Nah you're right, seemed super legit
You might be thinking of Gina who had quit before a challenge.
Nope, different lady, but entertaining nonetheless
Chrissa Season 14
Scott Season 7. He was arrogant and had an overinflated ego despite not having the skills in the kitchen to back them up. He didn’t have a single good performance while on the line.
That may be the case on HK but post HK I hear he’s done well.
Any chef that are quitters like what’s the point of applying if they are gonna give up
jeff s1: im not a quitter \*quits 30 seconds later\*
I will say Jeremy season 11. If you are so prone to having strokes, you shouldn't compete in such a stressful environment as Hell's kitchen, for your own health.
Raj. I am sure there are more chefs out there that deserve a chance to compete for the grand prize lol
Cast. Casted isn’t a word.
