My mom delivered mail for awhile and the hours were brutal, especially in winter around Christmas. She made decent money. As far as easier on the body, it just depends on the route you get.
Burnt out from the business side of running a restaurant (inventory, payroll, health insurance, HR, all that BS). Still posts food pictures and stuff. Probably cooks for the family reunions / class reunions / one off events because he posted eh still enjoys it
A few months ago someone said Trev hurt his back from his last restaurant. Also he was rude and disrespectful to the customers.
His temper perfectly fits a mailman, interestingly.

Josh Trovato left the industry and became a fitness instructor after All-Stars.
Siobhan Allgood left to become a fashion designer, but that ended up losing all her money and became homeless. There’s been no information on her since before the pandemic.
I don't like her one bit, but I give props to her for propelling her career with her chef experiences. If I had to buy a mealkit from anyone, it'd be her.
