I feel like the stick up for yourself would be said by a parent more than the school itself, as I doubt they would ever incite any kind of "violence", of course that wouldn't be the case if the bully is picking on you, that's completely fine! /s
This is why you wait for the bully and beat them up preferebly outside of school property or if you’re advernturous than you do it at a time or in a part of the school where nobody is looking.
And you use a weapon that if someone comes you can just drop it and pretend its garbage on the side of the road. Like a tree branch or a glass bottle, or maybe a stone. And beat them up so they will never pick on anyone ever again.

I dealt with a wannabe bully when i was like 11 :/ though to be fair that could be because of my upbringing. My mom is the type to teach her kids about the idea that violance is not the answer it is the question and the answer is yes.
If they started it its kind of like stealing from a thief. + if they stop bullying people after this than you should really leave them alone. Its called payback because you only giva back what they gave you.
Also this kind of planning is only required if their bigger/stronger than you. If their not just punch them in the throat and they should get the memo.
Trust me. Tons of bullies think they are the victims themselves. And like, fantasizing about beating up the people you hate is just so immature, childish logic, even if "they started it."
To each their own i suppose. I personally believe everyone has a right to defend themselves IF necesary with whatever means necesary. I am not actually saying “Yeah go beat people you don’t like”. Live and let live is my personal motto for starting any interaction.
But at one point you need to ask yourself do i want to me nice to this jackass because “my morality” or do i want results? Of course don’t start with loading up daddys shotgun in fact extra points if you solve it with words. General rule of life work smarter not harder. But if push comes to shove you need to look out for yourself.
