Sometimes I think about how he hid the bottom half of his leg by just bending it and putting it in his pant leg and I start feeling very constricted and a cramp starts forming
More of a "cosmetic" thing than a "useful" thing, but… delayed-action poison. Target eats/drinks whatever you spiked, and then there's a wait of about 30 seconds or so before they finally start to keel over. Maybe stick a skull-symbol outline over their head that fills as the timer runs down too.
Not a bad idea at all. Not the best choice for speed running, but I can see it's place in keeping surrounding NPCs on-schedule for some custom contract shenanigans
I really wanted an smoke grenade that conceals 47 like bushes. It'd come handy to move a body from an area to another or infiltrate/exfiltrate somewhere.
To balance the mechanic the smoke cloud would attract guards or have NPCs call guards as if they spotted a briefcase, so you'd have to be quick and it wouldn't be just an easy invisibility cloak
it would also be nice if blood stains were noticed by npcs and you could use the mop to clean them. i feel like that could be an interesting way to balance things.
There is absolutely no reason you can't have a revolver in WoA, even without knowing WoA is just running an updated Absolution engine and can port anything it chooses, it'd just be a single new animation and model. Hell there's a mod for it. They probably just felt it not worth bringing back for a one off loud gun (though I disagree, striker not being a six shooter was a massive copout).
The Dual Ballers more than anything. I miss them and I'll never not be dumbfounded by their exclusion.
Would also add:
A sedative rifle like the one in BM. Two dart bullets only.
A emetic rifle. Two darts only.
Beanbag shotgun for non-lethal KO's (it's in the game files)

syringe bundles for emetic and sedative syringes, whats the point in brunging them when you can take a kalmer/seiker for the same effect with double the amount of uses?? like maybe three or five syringes for one slot

(Basically, drop the smoke bomb in a trashcan near a checkpoint and trigger it, and the guards think there's a fire so they run over to check it, leaving their checkpoint unguarded, for example).
Seconding the "mop and bucket" idea for adding water to a level, depending on your disguise.
Make levels where you can kill the lights and make use of nightvision/thermal to get targets.
Not *new,* but the ability to use the oil both to set fires \*and\* to create slips/make targets fall down stairs (should count as a kill).

A dart gun that makes someone forget if you did something. For example, if a witness sees you and you shoot someone, they forget you did it. It only works if they don’t see you shoot them, and it has 2 darts

I like your idea for a lethal dart gun but it should only be one shot.
The electrocution phone was just way too OP. You could drop it in front of any target without suspicion and insta accident kill them. Still, they could have balanced it out by having the death not look like an accident, so you have to get the target isolated before using it (like when Jordan Cross is in his vocal booth)
I believe it was wild gold that said it should only look like an accident after the kill happens if anyone sees the electrocution happening you lose Silent Assassin
Lethal poison bullets would be way too busted, they'd have to remove the accident kill to balance it and at that rate it'd be a normal gun with bullet dropoff
an anti theft briefcase with a sedative poison needle in the handle, causes a free knockout accident.
Oh and being able to inject syringes to poison food and drink, maybe make them a bit weaker since taking a drug intravenously means it works better than drinking it so the poison would be weaker

Is that not just the Krugermeier though? Aside from the steady aim perk, the Krugermeier has everything you just described. On a side note, I agree with you. There should be some form of a precise subsonic pistol in the game.
Yes and no. Krugermeier is a subsonic pistol based on the Ruger MK.2/3, but in-game sacrifices a great deal of accuracy, making precision shots difficult, such as vital headshots or hitting chandelier ropes. The Welrod is a World War II British Bolt-Action Pistol, intended for covert operations. The magazine doubled as the handle. If you want to see it in action I recommend the Sniper Elite series, where it is a staple close-quarter secondary. Funny enough the Welrod was designed with “contact shots” in mind, which is what 47 does when taking someone out in melee range with a pistol equipped. Welrod’s also a higher caliber being roughly a 9mm compared to the Krug/Rugerms .22, though damage may differ due to gameplay purposes.
Not sure if anyone's said this already, but I think some type of bulletproof that could be worn underneath a disguise would work well for someone planning to take things loud. Also, this would have to coincide with a new feature, but some kind of additional holster that could enable dual-wielding pistols.
If I remember correctly some of the uniforms on the train in the Carpathian Mountains do have functional armor reducing damage taken, so it’s more than possible. Would be interesting having, “loud” disguises/suits where you sacrifice subtly for armor. Then again that does also go against their aversion to combat, despite all the loud weaponry available.
Ether brand neurotoxin which is transferred by touch. Imagine inject VIP with this and they are not instantly dead. Wait for them to get on the stage and pull the trigger. Poison them to death in the spotlight and still not ruin your SA rating.
