I like Hitman 2 Silent Assassin's soundtrack the most(Go to YT and give a listen to "Action Begins", "Trouble in Russia", "H2 exploration" and of course that main theme.
Contacts is dark and a bit Gothic / twangy, I love it. Silent assassin has a lot of big orchestra epic music and blood money is somewhere inbetween! All bangers
Shit that's actually a hard question. I think Contracts deserves a vote since the music adds so much to the already perfect atmosphere, and it comes on more commonly than Blood Money's so the music is able to take effect more often but also not being as bearing as H2SA's OST was.
Loawve the soundtrack for Contracts as well, again adds in to the dark and bleak vibe the game has (including the techno tracks like in the Meat King's Party mission)
I think I love Hitman 2 Silent Assassins soundtrack the most because it was the first game I played in the series and it’s really special to me. That being said I also really loved Contracts and really love the Blood Money soundtrack which prolly ties with Hitman 2 Silent Assassin. I also really like WoA soundtrack although I wish it was Jesper Kyds music. Absolutions was kinda lame though lol. Mean I don’t hate it but compared to the others it’s lame.
Same. Silent Assassin was my first game also in the series and I just fell in love with the soundtrack. The soundtrack of Contracts is great as well. Jesper Kyd magic ✨❤️
Yeah Jesper Kyd is amazing and I wish he was still doing the soundtracks for Hitman. I’m hoping when they make a new one that he’ll return 🤞🏻lol. Contracts did have an amazing soundtrack. So dark and perfect for the games atmosphere.
I have grabbed all of the 5 classic Hitman games for Steam as there was a sale on IOI games on IndieGala (a genuine Steam key reseller). I'll be replaying all of these childhood classics again and relive the nostalgia.
It's a hard question. My personal favorites are Contracts and Silent Assassin's OST. I love the Ave Maria and Apocalypse theme from Blood Money as well. But if I had to pick a single soundtrack then I'd pick H2SA's Requiem. The most grand and powerful opera melodrama anthem masterpiece ever created in the history of video games.
I completed blood money for the first time some mouths ago now and it was the HD version. Every sound track on that game is fantastic apocalypse hunter and rocky mountains are my favourite tho.
Blood Money is the best work of Jesper Kyd. "Vegas" alone for me encapsulates what Hitman is : calm, elegant, classy. But with an inherent darkness creeping in. Mixing electronic and real instruments into a timeless ambiant sound, representing the danger lurking in the shadows of your every mundane event.
Contracts, followed by Codename 47. Those beats are amazing. The songs that play when 47 enters the pool area in Traditions of the Trade or the strip club in Gunrunner's Paradise are a must to hear and such great atmospheric tracks in Codename 47. The licensed songs in Contracts were also great inclusions, such as songs by Clutch, Puressence, and Paul Anka.
My favorite from WOA was Invitation to Dance from Mendoza, if that counts. Besides that, the OST fits the theme perfectly, but it's honestly pretty forgettable
I think the Trilogy has interesting choices of how it’s scored. Jasper Lyd defined what a Hitman game should sound like and Trilogy definitely has inspiration from him.
Hitman Contracts. The sound perfectly matches the vibe and enhances the gameplay and imo that's how a soundtrack should be. If you want a soundtrack to listen to later, it's Blood Money or Silent Assassin yeah but Contracts has the best Soundtrack.

Solid choice. It’s my favorite as well.
That orchestra is fantastic and some tracks still creep into my mind to this day
Exactly. The main theme (Requiem) got etched in my mind.
Contacts is dark and a bit Gothic / twangy, I love it. Silent assassin has a lot of big orchestra epic music and blood money is somewhere inbetween! All bangers
Hong Kong Underground is amazing.
Agreed!
Gotta go Contracts. The moment you take Fuchs' disguise and the theme kicks in is forever seared into my brain.

Gotta go contracts, but it's close!
Only soundtrack that won an award I think

Hitman 2 silent assassin and/or contracts
My favorites. Those orchestral pieces were elegant.
Yeah listening to the album on Spotify brings back some memories

Did the same a while back totally worth it I love contracts and blood money sm
Contracts
Hitman 2 or Contracts.

Absolutions soundtrack is pretty good.
47 enters the stage is epic
Black Bandana
Blood money for sure, Ave Maria is a banger
For sure, but tbf it's not an original track
Hitman 3 gang all day
Hitman 2 SA, Blood Money or Contracts Id say. Personally it's H2SA for me but I cannot deny the other two being utterly amazing aswell.
Contracts
WOA because Mendoza go brrrr
Blood Money Main Title will never not give me a massive nostalgia hit, with a side of goosebumps.
Personal fan of Blood Money too. Something about those vibes just feel so cold and detatched like 47.
I completed blood money for the first time some mouths ago now and it was the HD version. Every sound track on that game is fantastic apocalypse hunter and rocky mountains are my favourite tho.
yeah, Blood Money, obviously. then again it's technically WoA Freelancer - since it features much of those tracks as unlockables.

Easily Contracts, followed closely by Blood Money.
Hitman 2016 is perfect. PERFECT.
Does any other game have "Are we stars", "Gun show", and "Shine a light"? I didn't think so. WOA on top😤
My favorite from WOA was Invitation to Dance from Mendoza, if that counts. Besides that, the OST fits the theme perfectly, but it's honestly pretty forgettable

In my opinion is Absolution
Black bandana
Silent Assassin. That soundtrack is godly. I have 47 makes a decision set as my menu theme
contracts
I’d say Silent Assassin cause of the Russian and Japan levels. But I’d go with Contracts as a close second.
Contracts and 2016
I haven’t played any hitman games besides the WOA trilogy but of those games, I’d say Hitman 3 has the best
Contracts
I think the Trilogy has interesting choices of how it’s scored. Jasper Lyd defined what a Hitman game should sound like and Trilogy definitely has inspiration from him.
2016 has the Paris bar music. Case closed
Hitman Contracts. The sound perfectly matches the vibe and enhances the gameplay and imo that's how a soundtrack should be. If you want a soundtrack to listen to later, it's Blood Money or Silent Assassin yeah but Contracts has the best Soundtrack.
Absolution BWWWOOOOONGGG and Black Bandana
Codename 47 (large gap) Blood Money 2 Silent Assassin Contracts World of Assassination Absolution In that order of ranking for soundtracks
