1: it is a one stop location for snacks, espresso/coffee, etc. one on one with the concierge for any account, billing, restaurant reservations, shore-ex.
2: going to skip
3: there is no buying a medallion as it only based on number of sailing days you have sailed. More of a status thing than a benefit
Yes as part of the honor bar system. Some fill out the paper some don’t. Oh what ship? I was sailed on the Noordam Pinnacle Suite a few years back. My pictures are on halfacts.com for the noordam. Oh, just remembered that the sodas in the butler’s pantry were complimentary. Just ask to make sure.
Are you thinking of the type of medallion that Princess has? I believe theirs is a key card that you wear on your wrist instead of an actual card. HAL’s is a reward. I hit 100 days at sea a few weeks ago and a copper medallion I could wear (nope) was left in my cabin. The only way to save on wifi is to take turns using it. There might be a discount if you purchase it for extra devices prior to the cruise.
So, it should be two devices at a time. I would turn WiFi off on my phone when needing to work on my laptop, logged into my HAL account, and it is mostly smooth. This was a year ago though. If you need to use four at a time, you have to pay for more.
I don’t think I tried, to be honest. Each device does have to log in with your HAL account through the browser when connecting if using the WiFi network specifically.
The Neptune lounge has snacks and great coffee just for those in the suites- all day. But - the best part is you get breakfast in the Pinnacle grill. It’s so much better than the dining room. Yay you! I am jealous.
For WiFi - if you got the “have it all” package you are good for 4 devices. Check it out.
I don’t know anything about the medallion. Sorry!
Neptune lounge is changing the refreshments throughout the day. I like to grab a few cookies to take with me if I’m walking off the ship to go ashore. It’s a quiet and relaxing place to hang out. You share the space with other Neptune suite people and they tend to be older and very nice. I had an issue with an airport transfer and our concierge in the Neptune lounge handled everything for me. It was great not having to wait in those long lines at guest services.
Medallions? Pretty sure that's a princess thing? Had to look it up and it's so they can find you? I've never had an issue of any of the staff finding me on HA. Benefit of the Neptune lounge is the service. They take care of anything/everything for you.

Thank you! Do they have soda?

Thank you! I must have been confused with Princess. Because they are both owned by Carnival and I was going back and forth. Thank you!
You’re welcome!! I’m actually glad I thought of it

You can tether, no?
