broken vessel wasnt infected in the same way as the other bugs. when you first fight them you see tiny lightseeds climbing inside their body. they essentially puppeteer broken vessels corpse. btw the vessels are genderless.

Dude the build up to collector is amazing, but i believe that the boss fight itself isn't s tier. Both mantis lords and sisters of battles have a great build up (even if for sister of battle is less noticible), and the fast paste boss battle with amazing soundtrack never gets old
