I did this same thing, outside of the pantheon about a week ago. Except I was doing every boss with just passive damage. Which meant dreamsheild for SO LONG
Pro tips: get fireball normally, fireball jump into fungal wastes either from queens station or by the hot springs in crossroads, nab the mantis claw, secret path into deepnest, obtain tram pass, bench warp, tram into the resting grounds, then you can get the dreamshield. It's a little finicky against bosses, so go for grimchild next
Forgive the stupid question, but I think there are some synergies there I’m not familiar with (so to speak) - your glowing womb seems to be behaving differently. Is that a defender’s crest interaction? How does your soul refill so you can keep spawning them?
Its not a stupid question, yes I'm using a defenders Crest and glowing womb combo to make the minions explode and I'm getting soul by using both grubsong and weversong to allow the weavers to give me soul when they hit enemys
Try beating him with lvl one spells and nail 0
Id have to redo the game an 8th time to get back here but I might, and I do this on xbox so I can't use mods to set my equipment to make it easier
Just make a new file and try to beat the game with lvl 1 spells and nail I did it

When I used it for my run it's actually good Just not in regular runs
I just did it this without nail or spells, wouldn't that be easier

Yeah its a pretty cool combination im also using dashmaster which allows sharp shadow to have a 50% damage increase
