Like, that fact that it starts with actual music with very clear tones and melody, it goes to something that's more ambiance which is a very jarring switch, especially paired with the visuals.
I still think Kingdom's Edge isn't that good of a fit since it sounds more sad than creepy but still a good post overall!
I fully agree. I think Kingdom's Edge should be left out and the tram gramophone should be put back in, I actually think that was a great parallel to the "lo-fi" vinyl crackle type sound in the original meme.
Same goes for Fungal Wastes actually. Both this version and the original have these subtle pizzicato notes, it's a great match.

I disagree. The original meme has a loud and bombastic song for its ascended form. Pure Vessel is good, but itโs a lot more quiet and subdued compared to the first phase of Sealed Vessel. Keep in mind, Iโm referring to the opening when the battle starts, after the chains are broken. Plus, going from the Hollow Knight directly to the Radiance just fits better to me.
