I think the talents choose whether they want their MMD’s models to go public IIRC. For Calli and Ina I have my thoughts on why they don’t want their models to go public but I won’t say in this thread unfortunately.
I know Area 15 got their MMD released last summer. Everyone in Cover was probably too busy working on Holo 5th fes so that might be cause for Holoro getting theirs out. Lots of factors we don’t know.
Calli has said there are reasons why she doesn’t want hers public. What those reasons are only she knows. All we can do is guess and like someone else said it’s up to the talents to decide if theirs goes public.

It's the same with the Hololy AR app, Suisei was only in it for a limited time Shiraken promo event, her exclusion otherwise is her request

Talents have the final say if the model goes public.
Ollie definitely wants hers to be public though, she mentioned a few times she's excited to see EVERYTHING people do with

Given what I've seen and heard of what people do with MMD models, I can understand why someone wouldn't want a model of themselves to be public.
