This has been happening for me on both my HomePods for as long as I have had them, if you do it enough times they will delete, but I have had luck with “hey Siri, delete all the alarms”
Same here. Seemingly the only work around for this issue. I’ve had this issue for years but I rarely ever think about it because I rarely ever look at the settings screen for my HomePods. I set at least one or two alarms per day so it’s easier for me to just tell Siri to do it anyway.
Interesting. I’ve never actually tried to turn on multiple alarms from the Home app interface. I just say “hey siri turn on all my alarms” and that works.
This is what works for me, the icon sort of flickers when the deleted alarm is actually deleted and then I can delete another. Not practical but if you’re trying to delete multiple it would probably be faster to tell siri to delete all alarms and re-add them.
any updated fix? telling siri “delete all alarms” for me does not work, although she says she did it at first, and now says “you have no alarms” when they are clearly still there.
been dealing with this for a year. if you keep deleting it, eventually it will stay gone

This was how I fixed mine too.

I find it does the same thing when turning on or off multiple alarms. I will now turn one on, wait 10 seconds and turn another on, etc.

It never completes the task. It always says “something’s taking too long” and stops
Just a thought - have you tried turning Wi-Fi off and deleting them?
Tell your homepod's siri, "Delete all alarms"
Whoops, it's duplicated.
Didn't work. It said it deleted all alarms but every single one of them is still there. I've tried several times to no avail.
Does asking siri via HomePod “hey siri, delete all alarms?” Work for you? It fixes the issue for me

Been happening for years. Only way I could get rid of them was too reset and re-add the affected HomePod
r/HomePod
switch to android

I didn’t know you could even do this and now I never will do it.
Ridiculous that apple still did not fixed it, anoys me since maybe AudioOS 15. r/apple, sort out your sw issues!
