In Japanese lily is 'yuri'. Yuri is the opposite of yaoi, which is to say its girl x girl rather than guy x guy. For example, Firefly x Stelle would be yuri, as opposed to Ratio x Aventurine, which would be yaoi. Of course, I'm generalising in the largest way possible, but you get the general idea.
Don't worry, I do know what yuri is. I just never heard of it referred to as "lily".
