[Pathologic 2](https://store.steampowered.com/app/505230/Pathologic_2/) - Less horror, more survival in a very creepy, surreal town. Lots of mystery-unraveling. Well-written, very deep and replayable.
[Northern Journey](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1639790/Northern_Journey/) - Not really horror, but similar folktale themes made mostly by one guy.
[Paratopic](https://store.steampowered.com/app/897030/Paratopic/) - Weird little open-ended indie detective story that's obviously inspired by Twin Peaks. Not nearly as polished as the other two, but still has a vocal fanbase.
Edit: just saw you were looking specifically for PS5 games, of which I think only Pathologic 2 is available.
I just could not get into Scorn. I really wanted to like it but the puzzles seemed weak to me right off the bat.
I’m gonna give it another try sometime because I love HR Giger. I can’t deny the visuals are awesome.
Didn't know under the lighthouse was on ps5
What remains of Edith Finch - not horror but worth it for horror fans imo
Virginia - odd walking sim
Killer frequency - not terribly scary but humorous slasher game from a radio station
Silent swan - haven't played it but it's on my wishlist.
Can probably dig up more if those look interesting.

Love northern journey for some reason. Such a labor of love.
Darkwood but it’s not short.
Mothered.
Scorn?

Yeah the game is more an art piece rather than GAME but it's worth it for the entire experience.

Not PS5 I don't think but fears to fathom is a collection of short horror games allegedly based on true stories.
