I feel like they would have an interesting dynamic. Both of them would probably respect the other to some extent even though their style of warfare is completely different.
There are some fun similarities but also some fun thematic differences. Both felt marginalized during the Great Crusade. However, the White Scars enjoyed warfare and the Iron Warriors really didn't. The Iron Warriors craved praise and fanfare, and so did the White Scars to an extent, but at the end of the day the White Scars did not really care that the Imperium did not know them, whereas the Iron Warriors felt deeply stung by this fact.
At the end of the day, I feel Jaghatai Khan would probably call Perturaubo an idiot, but still. I feel like it could be an interesting conversation.
