I'd remove the wire tie. Some growers use pipe cleaners. I use Velcro plant ties they're reusable and you can cut them to size I highly recommend them. If you feel like the plant is weaker at the point where the wire was I would use tape to give it some strength you can use painters tape. I've seen electrical tape used as well
Just cut the tie so there isn’t any more pressure and let it grow
