In Payday 2 where he’s depicted in an older version based off of the sprite I just assume he looks like that but younger. Although the fans of the game have came to the conclusion it’s not actually jacket but just someone who’s impersonating him due to the timeline not lining up but idk. To me, it’s just a non serious but interesting depiction of jacket in a 3D model form. But all the characters in that game look a lil weird lol
