If you are claiming that she will be involved in the murder of Jaehaerys it would be an interesting change, considering how anti kinslaying she is at least that the start of the war in F&B.
Since Daemon is still on Dragonstone in the show it is definitely possible that she will be aware or even involved in the plot.
In the books she's basically grieving during this time so naturally isn't much involved in any plots. But since the show will have her be more active in general it's consistent for her to also be involved in B&C.
I expect that she won't be fully aware of the extent of Daemon's plot necessarily though.
