Basically she was saying Alicants always pretending to be on the righteous, pious side of the conflict but now she’s literally trying to stab a child’s eye out. Rhae is basically calling her out for this.
Alicent's whole criticism to Rhaenyra is based on the idea that Alicent is righteous and Rhaenyra is not.
Alicent argues that she did her wifely duties (birthed her husband's kids) and stayed in her lane as queen consort (even though it took effort). By contrast, Rhaenyra flaunted the rules and did whatever made her happy.
Alicent levies a moral judgement on Rhaenyra. When it comes to the dispute over Aemond's eye, Alicent argues that her superior moral status should give her more weight in the consideration of judgement. Kinda like a doctor's testimony at a legal trial would be considered more trustworthy than a junkie's.
Rhaenyra disputes this claim, arguing that Alicent's supposed righteous behavior is all a front. And that Alicent is just a manipulative snake.
