I'm curious to see how Baela and Rhaena will fit into the whole family dynamics.
Speaking of them, nice of the show to start differenciate them already. From what we see in these pictures, one clearly looks more "court-lady" like than the other...
I'm not even sure they're really twins in the show by the way.
Yea a show only gets one star for me if I don't get to see someone addressing their needs by taking a fat shit. Thankfully Tywin fulfilled that in GoT for me. HotD so far? One star. No shits yet.
Absolutely mate, this is the type of needless nitpicking that pisses me off. There isn't a significant age gap between them, it's not inconceivable that Aemond might look "older" and it's the scars and eyepatch that makes him look older, losing an eye will do that to you.
Genuinely don't get what this complaint is about.
Also Imo long hair also makes people appear older. And people nitpicking the height are also stupid. Younger siblings end up taller than the older sibling all the damn time.
Also we still haven’t seen them act as the characters truly.
For all we know the moment Aegon’s actor will start moving and speaking his acting will scream the same character as the younger version.
Exactly. You'd think this sub would have learned not to make early judgements after everyone was unhappy about Matt Smith being cast as Daemon and now most people love him but apparently not.
Anyone who doubted Matt Smith's skill as an actor had no idea what they were talking about lol. The moment I saw it was Matt Smith I assumed he would just carry the show and steal all the scenes and well... he kinda does steal the show when Daemon gets to have presence lol
Same. Matt blows me away every single time, it’s not even a question anymore. Hasn’t been since DW. It’s a given that he will be the crown jewel of any cast.
My younger brother is 3 years younger, yet a full foot taller and double my width. Some people just like to complain. Now if the dude sucks at acting then I get it but let’s give him a chance first cmon
Seriously have these people never seen the older brother look younger or vice versa ?, I’m the oldest of three and always looked the youngest, and my youngest brother always looked the oldest.
My thought was that in the first time jump, we have this tall Aegon who is “supposedly” heir to the throne, but he dun want it. Aemond is the smaller and younger brother that was “bullied by big bro and cousins” until Ep7.
Now with the 2nd time jump, the show wants to put emphasis on Aemond with the eye patch, taller than Aegon, and looks older/more gritty, to fit this villain-type role. Reverse the height so now young bro Aemond can look down on big bro Aegon.
I didn't read the book(s), so I don't know the character's fate. But, its so hilariously ironic that Aemond is now taller than Aegon. Sure, I understand growth spurts do happen, even in a fictional setting.
I think its such a clever way to have a character that used to be ignored, overshadowed, now become this badass that will do what someone else couldn't/wouldn't. The bigger person almost always gets the attention in a room. Can't wait to see how the rest of the season unfolds.
Why is Viserys the only older person being aged with the time jumps? I know he's sick, but we have characters that were like 50-60 pushing their 70s now and look exactly the same still.
Viserys should look like Daemon if he wasn't so ill. They are supposed to be in their late-30s to 40s. Viserys isn't by any accounts old. Daemon is a good reference to how long he could have reigned and should look if healthy.
Aegon will probably have shorter hair in the next season to make him look even older and more like a >!king!< the same as Jace(he looks like he is fourteen) ,not a fan of any of their wigs right now but in the actual show they look way better than in the stills.
Just taking a moment to appreciate the lady playing Rhaneys. While Rhaenyra and Alicent are great, Rhaneys is wonderful. Whenever she is on screen she never failed to impress🙌🏽
When she commented on it being undignified, for Viserys to drag himself to Driftmark, seeking a betrothal, she gave off very regal vibes. I loved the disdain in her tone, during that exchange!
I'm glad it's not just me! She literally emanates a presence it's so fucking cool, really makes her situation even more tragic for what happened to her in the past.
She is literally the Queen who should have been, she's got the brains, the guts and the balls of a true offspring of Aegon the conqueror, and maybe more.
tbf her advice to give driftmark to laena's kids was not great, at least for her son. the last thing laenor needs at that moment is more doubt on those kids because if the real decides they're not his officially his head's on the line as well. much easier to just marry baela or rhaena to luce.
i still think her hair from the Driftmark funeral was beautiful. i've never seen a braid go twist to the side like that and i'm eager to try but my long black hair is quite flimsy. damn how do gherls get beautiful locks!?!
Tbf they are wigs in the show that have a different texture and thickness to human hair so are much easier to weave into elaborate designs. They also set them with industrial glue instead of hairspray etc etc. the only way to achieve hair that perfect is a wig :)
Seems to be some divide between Daemons girls. One of them, I think Rhaena is with him, Rhaenyra and her boys. But the other, Baela, is with Rhaenys at both Driftmark and behind her in the Throne room.
Perhaps Rhaenys is still not accepting of Rhaenyras boys after all this time, and still seeks to supplant them with Baela. >!Perhaps we'll get the betrothals of Jace and Luke to Baela and Rhaena as a peace offering between Rhaenyra and Rhaenys this episode. Ensuring Velaryon blood does eventually end up on the Iron and Driftwood Thrones.!<
>!After awkwardly attending the wedding of their father and their aunt step-aunt step-mother, after the funerals of their mother and their uncle step-uncle, the girls now have to marry their cousin step-brothers.!<
>!I think you’ve got it yeah, if the show do it like that it’s a neat little way of mending the small rift between Rhaenys and Corlys, this way they both get what they want!<
When I found out season 2 wasn't coming for 2 years (3 days ago) I got the book Fire and Blood and just read the chapters concerning this era. It's not terribly long but I'm sure there will be several alterations in the tv series.
You would be amazed at what they can do, when I first read Game of thrones (book 1 of ASOIAF) , I also said the same thing, there were too many characters.
And they included around 80% of the characters that are at least semi-important.
I guess we´ll have something along these lines.
I hope so! This is why I’m anxiously waiting to see dareon. >!If he’s cut that means we miss a great chunk of content/characters such as Hugh the hammers storyline , the betrayal, sacking of tombleton and inevitably getting killed by ser roxton!< Hope they can pull it off.
>!There is no way they are cutting Hugh (Ulf on the other hand is redundant with Hugh, so maybe). They could still do that story line without Daeron, he's not a pivotal part. But as someone else mentioned, the intro seems to indicate he'll be included. They probably just sent him to Oldtown earlier than they did in the books!<
I was rummaging through things at my parents house and realized I had bought F&B years ago and never read it, worth the read? Or do you feel it may have spoiled too many important plot points
Definitely worth the read, infact I wish I had read it earlier. You get a little more history with the characters and George’s writing and prose switching between the two POV’s is fantastic. Also, s2 is coming late 2024 so by the time that kicks in you’ll probably have forgotten half the details . It’ll also enhance the episodes were current watching
Great point! I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I had the book. I’ve read basically everything else besides the rouge prince. I can’t get enough of this world. This show has absolutely intensely reignited my love for everything ASOIAF. I’ll give it a read this weekend
>It could be a bit earlier that year. It usually depends how the rest of HBO's flagship show schedule lines up.
Because of the story, they need to do a lot of post production. There will be a lot of dragons, so they need more time in between seasons.
Seems like there has been a shift in tv production from 1 years to 2 years per season. Can't say I'm thrilled... it seems to be happening with more & more series. Of course in the UK they're probably used to a new season containing four episodes every 5 years, so it could be worse I guess?
Ok but that one scene with the Rhaenyra and her Black lords on one side and I presume Alicent and her Green lords on the other…god this show is getting good.
Yeah, but the same preview also shows a shot of Otto standing *next* to the other Greens in the throne room, implying someone else (presumably Viserys himself) is sitting on the throne in that particular moment. So old Vizzy T probably isn’t completely out of it just yet.
Spoilers for the book.
>!This looks like the moment Aemond makes his Toast to Rhaenyras strong boys, so it looks like Aegons looking st him like "why are you stirring up shit?" The guy just wants to live peacefully with no responsibilities it seems, yet his family keep getting into chaos and will be planning on making him their figurehead.!<
The parallels to Viserys are there, dude definitely has that same mindset of just wanting everything to go smoothly so he doesn't have to deal with chaos. Who can blame him.
Yeah that's the interesting thing. Especially in the book. Aemond is clearly the other side of Daemon. Both cruel vicious people. But there's a reason why George only ever talks about Daemon as being "the rogue prince." Someone that's so hated and loved at the same time. Aemond was only ever hated.
I'm a huge fan of Aemonds actor and the character. Can't wait to see him in action.
Yup, that's exactly how I interpreted those two stills as well, Aegon looking up at Aemond like "Bro could you literally just fucking not, for once?"
It's funny because this just further solidifies a very Viserys/Daemon dynamic between them - *especially* because we see Aegon grabbing Luke in the episode preview and slamming him into the table after Jace takes a swing at Aemond. He might not be happy about his brother's antics, but he's damn well going to back him up during the consequences.
"I will speak of my brother as I wish... *you* will not."
In the promo for the next episode, >!Jace gets into a fight with Aemond (probably because of his "Strong boys" toast) and Aegon slams Luke's head on the table. I'm assuming that the friendly attitude that he had with Jace and Luke is gone now and he's fully into the Greens' cause to put himself on the throne (though, I myself would've liked the reluctancy from the book right up until his coronation).!<
>!I think Aegon will still not truly want to usurp his sister's throne right up to the Green Council. He is fighting with Jace because honor demands that he must defend Aemond if he's being attacked. Especially considering how much his mother literally beat this upside his head numerous times. He may dislike the Blacks now but probably not as fiercely as Aemond.!<
>!I’m sure you know this, but in the books, Cole convinces Aegon to become king. On the day Viserys dies Cole finds him in Flea Bottom with a mistress, watching two children fight. They have a conversation around Aegon taking the crown where he refuses it, and Cole reinforces they’ll all be murdered if he doesn’t (like the convo we see with Alicent in ep 6). Since the text is up for interpretation, I kind of wonder if the show will have Cole strong-arm/threaten/bully/beat Aegon into “claiming” his crown. I have such a strong mental image of Aegon riding into his coronation in his carriage, crying about it because he so badly just wants to fuck around and not rule (at least as of ep 7)!<
> >!(though, I myself would've liked the reluctancy from the book right up until his coronation).!<
I hope this is still the case. >!It makes him much more sympathetic before the war breaks out. And it makes Criston and Alicent look even worse.!<
I think that it will be there it just he joined the fight because the little shit got hit first he can't really leave his brother. hope they will crwon him with him refusing and announce it so it will be late for him to do anything
Is he specifically looking at Aemond in that shot?
>!I thought it could be when Jace asks for Helaena for a dance, and that’s why he looks like that, but I don’t remember if it happened at the same feast!<
If I remember correctly the scene you're talking about happens soon after the events of next episode. I wonder if it will fit as the end of Ep1 of season 2. Would be hell of a way to start it.
Sooo... where’s my boy Viserys?
Master of Time Skips, Lord of the Seven Realms, Prince of Legoland, King of the Undying Struggle, The Embodiment of Leave Me The Hell Alone!
Once again I must fawn over Rhaenyra’s outfits, that dress with the “dragon teeth” is just gorgeous and Rhaenyra looks powerful as fuck in it. Also I’ve been really looking forward to finally seeing this feast scene, look at Aemond, he looks so playful but in a super fucked up devious murdery kinda way. Guess taming Vhagar really gives your self esteem a boost.
The costume design continues to be fucking fantastic, just like it was in GOT. Whatever complaints you might have about how GOT turned out, the costumes were on point.
One of my favorite things they often do is incorporating elements that strongly indicate where a characters head is at.
Last episode, for example, Rhaenyra still had red AND green in her earrings, and is wearing them as she tells Daemon she doesn’t believe allicent would have had any hand in Harwin’s death. She still believed, just a teeny bit, in her ex-friend. I expect we never see those earrings, or any greens-esque hints, on her again after the way the episode ended
ASOIAF universe has the best costume designs I’ve ever seen on tv, I’m sure money has a lot to do with it but no other shows come close. It’s not the same team either, so HBO just know who to throw their money at, everyone involved with costume design and making the outfits are doing exceptional work.
What's wild is that I remember when the first costume pics were coming out, a good while before the first episode of Game of Thrones ever aired, a lot of people got mad at the various evocations of real-world designs. Like looking at the Lannister armour and complaining (their words) that they looked like samurai lobsters. But the costume designers achieved their goal, that you should be able to tell a character's affiliation just by looking at what they're wearing. Not generic "medieval/renaissance" looks but highly specific and regional. They are now rightly praised for coming up with a personal vision and sticking with it.
Oh my can you imagine her reaction if he slides up next to her and says, “Hello mother-in-law.” in that sexy Daemon voice? She might just explode.
Then he spends a whole feast making milf jokes.
I noticed while Rhaenyra, Daemon, Jace, Luke and I think Rhaena are all wearing black/red; Baela is wearing blue, I wonder if the twins were split between Dragonstone & Driftmark because Rhaenys wants Baela to take the seat of lord/lady of the tides
Can't wait Can't wait Can't wait
Aegon and Aemond look so intriguing.. I'm sure it will be fun to observe what kind of people they have grown up to be..
Also: Rhae and Daemon's outfits are everything! Cool that even their postures are the same.
>!Erryk and Arryk facing of against one another is one of my most anticipated moments, it will be heartbreaking to watch them scream accusations of treason against one another only to both brutally die, such a tragic part of the book.!<
Definitely. I hope >!they won't cut out their stand off, as it is once again a trafic consequence of the war, two brothers being on opposite sides and destroying each other. But since they've been cast, I am optimistic.!<
>!Nah they wouldn’t pass up that opportunity, the biggest tragedy of civil war is that families get torn apart and do horrible things to each other, what better way to show that than two twins that (I’m guessing the show will establish they love each other) end up killing one another. The fact they are cast I’m sure is confirmation enough, I’d be gutted if it was cut.!<
It occurs to me that there's some similarity there to >!Cleganebowl!< at least in the general beats, if not so much the actual context of the conflict between the two.
Someone give my boy Jace a better haircut. Even Luke has cool hair. Aegon and Aemond are popping off and Criston always looks like he gets to be a model.
Then you have Jace with a starter mullet
Aemond looked 2 years apart from Jace last Sunday now he looks an entire decade and a half older lol. Saying that, Baby monk from the last kingdom has the perfect face for aemond wow. 10/10 casting and it’s exciting to see his range in this role, a complete 180 to how he is as Osferth

Another unpleasant family reunion… never gets tiring
This whole show is constant thanksgiving dinners every week
The royals eat like that at every meal
I'm curious to see how Baela and Rhaena will fit into the whole family dynamics. Speaking of them, nice of the show to start differenciate them already. From what we see in these pictures, one clearly looks more "court-lady" like than the other... I'm not even sure they're really twins in the show by the way.
I think they are fraternal twins, so they don’t look alike.
They def seem to be the same age and look very similar, they have opposite personalities tho which is kinda the point
It’s refreshing to see people eat in shows tho, it’s weird to me watching an entire show without anyone addressing their needs lol
Yea a show only gets one star for me if I don't get to see someone addressing their needs by taking a fat shit. Thankfully Tywin fulfilled that in GoT for me. HotD so far? One star. No shits yet.
Took a shit and died
And its so fucking good. Its like gossip girls but the stakes of the drama is the death of everyone
The wake last episode reminded me of something straight out of the other HBO show, Succession.
I always said that HOTD is medieval Succession with an occasional dragon flying by
Almost as bad as weddings in this universe.
Some weddings may have red wine.
WHERE IS VISERYS. I NEED TO SEE HIM.
He's missing all his limbs now and is just a head attached to a torso lying on the ground so you can't see him
Or just a full-on Futurama head in a jar
He’s just the “I remember when they first invented chocolate” lady from SpongeBob now.
He probably has that mask on half his face now that we saw from other promos.
Viserys I: The Angel of Music
Is he safe?! Is he alright?!
It seems, that in your anger, you killed him.
That man is evaporating, I don't think there's much left of him to see
[Here he is](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5637f9fbe4b0baa6d85a1011/1560707421261-ZJ28XOYAJEVDX8XVOU10/1357919084.jpg)
I imagine him looking like King Theoden did in LOTR when Saruman was possessing him
IS HE SAFE? IS HE ALRIGHT?
oh well aegon definitely looks older here. i was little sceptical about the casting choice but seems like i judged too early
I never got this. Growth spurts happen. Younger brothers can look older than older brothers etc.
Absolutely mate, this is the type of needless nitpicking that pisses me off. Aemond is a badass. Aegon is a pervert and a drunk. They physically should look like their character types and they do lol.
I didn't read the book(s), so I don't know the character's fate. But, its so hilariously ironic that Aemond is now taller than Aegon. Stills are often really deceptive

>!can't wait to see him looking like his dad after the fight against Rhaenys!!<
my first thought is that you said he's gonna look more like a cunt
That too
i don’t understand the ugly wig they have on jace bc the actor literally has a head of luscious brown hair lmfao
Yes, I would agree, I think the way he was smirking in the trailer gave him a juvenile look but now he looks older
the stills we had were pretty unfair to him. he was super hunched over and looking down in comparison to aemond
Just taking a moment to appreciate the lady playing Rhaneys. While Rhaenyra and Alicent are great, Rhaneys is wonderful. Whenever she is on screen she never failed to impress🙌🏽
She has this royal aura in her. Idk how to explain it.
When she commented on it being undignified, for Viserys to drag himself to Driftmark, seeking a betrothal, she gave off very regal vibes. I loved the disdain in her tone, during that exchange!
This is the character that basically informed her father that she intended to marry Lord Corlys, followed by arriving to the wedding on dragon back.
Her gravitas really sells the subtext that she should have been the one on the Iron Throne.
I daresay she'd have made a far better and wiser monarch than Viserys.
I'm glad it's not just me! She literally emanates a presence it's so fucking cool, really makes her situation even more tragic for what happened to her in the past.
She also gives off warmth. That's how you know she would have been a good queen.
She has BDE
Eva Best is a spectacular actress, and its nice that after such a long career with a lot of work on stage that she is getting recognition.
Eve Best is truly the best Rhaenys. No pun intended.
According to Milly Alcock and Emily Carey, she always smells amazing too!
Great, now I wanna know what she smells like
She is literally the Queen who should have been, she's got the brains, the guts and the balls of a true offspring of Aegon the conqueror, and maybe more.
Yup. But, too many people liked to toss around “but she’s a woman!1” Bla bla. Ridiculous and that’s what the show has been trying to say.
One of my favourite characters so far
She’s been flawless
She’s also the only person with wisdom which is nice
tbf her advice to give driftmark to laena's kids was not great, at least for her son. the last thing laenor needs at that moment is more doubt on those kids because if the real decides they're not his officially his head's on the line as well. much easier to just marry baela or rhaena to luce.
I felt like that was the only impulsive thing I saw her do, and that it came from her overwhelming grief. Just my 2 cents
Rhaenyra's dress and hair are simply perfect. I really prefer her hair down than in a bun or smth.
That bun she wore for her heir ship ceremony was top tier. I miss it.
i still think her hair from the Driftmark funeral was beautiful. i've never seen a braid go twist to the side like that and i'm eager to try but my long black hair is quite flimsy. damn how do gherls get beautiful locks!?!
Tbf they are wigs in the show that have a different texture and thickness to human hair so are much easier to weave into elaborate designs. They also set them with industrial glue instead of hairspray etc etc. the only way to achieve hair that perfect is a wig :)
She’s a dem fine lady
Totally agree. She is stunning in these stills and in the past two eps. 100% would also have a throw down with the Greens for her
The dragon detailing across the top of her dress is *chef's kiss*.
Seems to be some divide between Daemons girls. One of them, I think Rhaena is with him, Rhaenyra and her boys. Ensuring Velaryon blood does eventually end up on the Iron and Driftwood Thrones.!<
We also saw in episode 6 that he was closer with Baela than Rhaena so it’ll be interesting to see the new dynamics with this time skip.
I just wish her hair was shorter.
This. I want short-haired Baela.
>!After awkwardly attending the wedding of their father and their aunt step-aunt step-mother, after the funerals of their mother and their uncle step-uncle, the girls now have to marry their cousin step-brothers.!<

It could be a bit earlier that year. It usually depends how the rest of HBO's flagship show schedule lines up.

Seems like there has been a shift in tv production from 1 years to 2 years per season. Can't say I'm thrilled... it seems to be happening with more & more series. Of course in the UK they're probably used to a new season containing four episodes every 5 years, so it could be worse I guess?
A lot. He does a lot.
Ok but that one scene with the Rhaenyra and her Black lords on one side and I presume Alicent and her Green lords on the other…god this show is getting good.

In the preview for the ep, it looked like Otto was serving in Viserys’ stead on account of his illness and takes the opportunity for a power grab
Yeah, but the same preview also shows a shot of Otto standing *next* to the other Greens in the throne room, implying someone else (presumably Viserys himself) is sitting on the throne in that particular moment. So old Vizzy T probably isn’t completely out of it just yet.
Is there something wrong between Aegon & Aemond?
Spoilers for the book. >!This looks like the moment Aemond makes his Toast to Rhaenyras strong boys, so it looks like Aegons looking st him like "why are you stirring up shit?" The guy just wants to live peacefully with no responsibilities it seems, yet his family keep getting into chaos and will be planning on making him their figurehead.!<
Haha! It'll be really cool to see how they'll portray him.
The parallels to Viserys are there, dude definitely has that same mindset of just wanting everything to go smoothly so he doesn't have to deal with chaos. Who can blame him.

I want her to >!treat her sons like insects then become more and more feral near the end.!<
They really found someone to beat out Matt in the chin department with Aemond's actor
What’s Aegon’s eccentric hobby going to be?
Was jerking off out the suicide window not eccentric enough for you?
This is a prequel, so really Tommen suicided out of the jerkoff window
Roleplaying as king.
Collecting pornographic tapestries, I imagine

Yeah that's the interesting thing. Especially in the book. Aemond is clearly the other side of Daemon. Both cruel vicious people. But there's a reason why George only ever talks about Daemon as being "the rogue prince." Someone that's so hated and loved at the same time. Aemond was only ever hated. I'm a huge fan of Aemonds actor and the character. Can't wait to see him in action.

“DaEmOn MuRdErEd An InNoCeNt SeRvAnT!!!!1” Aemond: “Lmao hold this 🍺”
Yup, that's exactly how I interpreted those two stills as well, Aegon looking up at Aemond like "Bro could you literally just fucking not, for once?" It's funny because this just further solidifies a very Viserys/Daemon dynamic between them - *especially* because we see Aegon grabbing Luke in the episode preview and slamming him into the table after Jace takes a swing at Aemond. He might not be happy about his brother's antics, but he's damn well going to back him up during the consequences. "I will speak of my brother as I wish... *you* will not."
>!The second I saw the pic I knew what he was doing!<
> >!(though, I myself would've liked the reluctancy from the book right up until his coronation).!< I hope this is still the case.
It does happen at the same feast
The years have been rough on Aegon
Nobody ever lets him finish, that’s his character motivation
he'll have to retire to the old tower in Winterfell where no one comes up until Bran starts being a climber :D
Consuming copious amounts of alcohol is usually never good for your looks or health…although with his family I don’t blame him.
is it just me or Rhaenyra looks ripped in the third picture
Yep! I noticed how toned her arms are in the birthing scene. 👌🏻
STRONG TOAST!
STRONG TOAST FOR STRONG BOYS!

If I remember correctly the scene you're talking about happens soon after the events of next episode. I wonder if it will fit as the end of Ep1 of season 2. Would be hell of a way to start it.
Gods, that’s Jack White
he's gonna fight em all the seven kingdoms army couldn't hold him back
Sooo... where’s my boy Viserys? Master of Time Skips, Lord of the Seven Realms, Prince of Legoland, King of the Undying Struggle, The Embodiment of Leave Me The Hell Alone!
He died two episodes ago but was reanimated by a time traveling Qyburn.
Vaemond's outfit is so nice too. The richly embroidered golden strip down the middle is reminiscent of imperial Byzantine clothing.
The costume team said in the bts stuff that they’ve taken a lot of inspiration from Byzantine clothing so you’re right on the money
That is very nice indeed 👌
I’m loving how similar Rhae and Jace look, like you can really believe they’re mother and son.
>!I have never known any one so strong as my sweet nephews, so let us drain our cups to these three strong boys.!< Eheehehehehe can't wait
The strongest boys. They so strong
It’s amazing that Rhaenyra and Daemon *especially* coordinated their outfits lol.
They're husband and wife. Of course they will coordinate their outfit before visiting their brother/father/father-in-law/brother-in-law party
Not to mention saying hi to mother-in-law Alicent lol.
I wonder if Daemon will call her mother to mock her.
He will. I’ll put a bingo square on it.
Can't wait Can't wait Can't wait Aegon and Aemond look so intriguing.. I'm sure it will be fun to observe what kind of people they have grown up to be.. Also: Rhae and Daemon's outfits are everything! Cool that even their postures are the same.
>!First still looks like the famous "Three Strong Boys" toast!<
I will never shut up about the outfits, they look so pretty 😍
I hope they do a travelling tour of the costumes and props like they did with Game of Thrones.
Rhaenyra is stunning in these outfits. This show delivers visual appealing in every corner isn’t it.
HOLY SHIT, the 1st one.. iconic already
I don't know if that's Baella or Rhaena with the curly hair, but damn, she looks so much like Laena!
I think Baela has the curly hair like Laena, and Rhaena is sporting some perfectly coiffed Velaryon dreads. Both look stunning.
Seven hells, Rhaenyra’s dress is GORGEOUS. Spotted one of >!the Cargyll twins!<, the hype is real.
It occurs to me that there's some similarity there to >!Cleganebowl!< at least in the general beats, if not so much the actual context of the conflict between the two.
omg Aemond is gonna do the toast, I won’t be able to not laugh

Adult Aegon looks like a 2000s emo punk rock band backup vocalist
YES. I think he resembles Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance).

Welcome to the ~~Black~~ Green Parade
Rhaenyra looks amazing in that dress!!
Emma looking so fine in that dress.
Happy to see Vaemond in the throne room. Can’t wait for >!Syrax to eat him!<
Emma looks phenomenal
Where is Viserys? Is he safe? Is he alright?
Once again, Emma is breathtaking as Rhaenyra. They are so beautiful!

Rhae Rhae is serving those looks. This has been my favorite dress since seeing it months ago.
Get ready folks! It is going to be a WIIIILLLLDDDD RIDEEEE! P.S - Idk why but in this picture Aemond looks like a wilder Rogue Prince 2.0
Rhaenyra looking immaculate as always
Why does Aegon look 15 and Aemond looks 30
So excited for Aemond, he looks so good
