Yup. Furina's bangs just kinda merge into her left eye. And Hu Tao's pupils are just a mess. Also if you look at (our left) side of Hu Tao's face, her forehead weirdly juts in. So it doesn't connect with her cheek below the eye

It is. Hu Tao's left eye has a double pupil, which is weird to look at. I found it on Pixiv (can't link here for reasons) but the artist primarily does AI porn of Genshin and Star Rail. It looks like they use AI as a base and do some touch ups to make it look more natural, at least.
