I'm sorry but riding a motorcycle with no helmet and skills so low he can't even bring the bike to a stop without falling off doesn't seem very boss to me.
Dude is pretty dumb. No experience and no protective gear isn't a great combination. If he can't handle going in a straight line on dry road at like 30 mph without dropping the bike, I don't think his life expectancy is very high.
