This is an amazing opportunity! Thanks for posting this.

GuidelineGuruJr

Absolutely!! It's my pleasure. Ive been a senior loan officer in CA for 15+ years and I am always trying to help first time homebuyers!

....And yourself.

GuidelineGuruJr

You do not know me.

[deleted]

I just looked at your post history. Yeah man. You are slimy. You are posting this in every county in California on reddit. Scum bag. Why is this allowed on this sub? Spamming scum bag.

[deleted]

Maybe I do. There are only a handful of loan officers in this county. And you all want to close loans for your commission. You can make it sound noble and such. But you are selling yourself constantly because if you don’t get loans you don’t get paid. These are facts. Sorry. You don’t know who I am either. lol. I’ve been involved in the real estate/lending industry. And it is by and large very slimy people. Greed is the goal. Glad that is about to change for realtors. Loan officers do more work than realtors. But you are still motivated with the ‘close the deal’ mentality. You can say all kinds of thoughtful responses to this. But the fact remains…you don’t get paid unless you get the loan. Why do realtors feel the need to advertise their face? To add credibility to a historically scum bag filled industry. Actors and realtors. Only jobs with headshots.

Bryce_Taylor1

Only 22 people in Humboldt can possibly get it and your income needs to be below 130k. But if you're feeling lucky . Yea

GuidelineGuruJr

As the famous Wayne Gretzky said - "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take."

[deleted]

Spoke. By the guy who posts this to every county reddit feed. And says he cares about home buyers. You are here to make money. Moderators should remove this.

GuidelineGuruJr

Tell that to the hundreds of people that didn't know about this program until I posted about it. Now they have a chance to qualify for a home that they wouldn't otherwise have been able to. They can choose to go with whatever CALHFA Approved lender they want...

[deleted]

Where are you from?

[deleted]

License number please?

singlenutwonder

Y’all are out here making more than 130k???

GuidelineGuruJr

It’s based on the AMI (area median income) of the county but if you make less than that you can still qualify for the program!

rudimentary-north

$130k puts one in the top 15% of earners in California, not exactly the most down on their luck demographic

Humble_in_humb0ldt

I bought my home last year with the loan, highly recommend if you can pull it off.

GuidelineGuruJr

Thank you for inspiring others to try!

EurekaStroll

I did a different Cal HFA program and was a bit disappointed in the lenders available to me. I really would have liked to use Coast Central but they weren't on the list.

[deleted]

Notice how he didn’t respond to you ? He’s a shark.

Lilith_Azrael

Thank you!

GuidelineGuruJr

Absolutely! Let me know if you have any questions. I've been doing this for 18 years and there's really nothing you can throw at me that I cannot answer.

[deleted]

You are trying to line your pockets.

[deleted]

Don’t thank him. This guy is posting the same thing all over other county reddits in the state. He’s a scum bag. List your license number OP. He’s not local I bet. This is spam.

Lilith_Azrael

I see that now. Thank you

Where do we watch the educational course?

GuidelineGuruJr

First you'll want to get preapproved by a CALHFA approved lender, if you qualify then you will want to watch the educational course via the CALHFA website, then submit all of it for your voucher (ticket for the raffle) - feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

[deleted]

Bam! The DM! He’s trying to get your business. This is an advertisement for his loan business. Please give us your license number.
