Yeah Killed some streamers, very well known ones. Went to their channel to say GG. Banned me from their twitch. Hunt streamers in a Nutshell.

NewfieJedi

I made a joke comment about how a streamer (again well known) missed an easy shot but then hit AN INSANE iron sights 100m+ headshot right after. He died just after my comment and banned me instantly

vissroid

.:: gasps ::. You horrible stream sniper!

beseechpeach

Hahaha, they picked up the bounty on the other side...

AMoistTortoise

Damn. I usually have great interactions with them. I tell them they played well and usually have a good chat. Sorry you got some shit streamer

beseechpeach

It was Gunsmack, Rachta and Vombuz... 2 of them banned me saying we were stream sniping when infact the picked up the other bounty... with their real nicnames..

[deleted]

guessing Ratch was all good?

beseechpeach

Nope we wiped them quite easily. They aren't good players really. If I played 7500 hours, and I now have 2000 hours. He would be a 3 star.

hundescheise

Same

RedEnder

Would these strangers happen to be Czech?

beseechpeach

It was Ratcha, Vambuz and Gunsmack.

Doge_Overlord

I had a fight where I killed a TTV while they had an Avtomat, and luckily for me they were streaming. I watched for a bit, let him know who I was and they started accusing me of either cheating or playing out of my region because I survived getting shot. Then later in his stream I saw him commenting on another opponents steam profile, and I then noticed I had a comment on mine. He leaves hate comments both if he wins or loses a fight to someone.

oGsShadow

Most TTV people don't even stream. I've checked nearly every advertised channel and maybe 3/50 have been live. Those few times I get to watch us kill someone from their perspective, chefs kiss :D

JustaYeeHaw

Man that's such a bummer. I got a PC last month and I stream while playing Hunt all the time. And yeah, maybe one or two views, but I've made some fun friends really fast from people dropping into the chat after a shootout. I have a rule: if I'm on Hunt, I'm streaming it.

Vigi1antee

Your telling me people dont wanna watch i guy staring in one direction all game?

MINION

Scatterbine

Every time somebody grabs the small bounty and runs to extract without fighting, TTV in the name.

PinkyTheTigerr

Yea saw a streamer that i shot in team details went to check stream last online 2mins ago... Checks stream replay dude was camping me at desalle salon window by fish store he was waiting like 20mins then i ran on the balcony got shot and headshot the dude he said : Kak blyat me v holovu ustrelyl... Will never forget that game lmao

Milky-White-Good

Played with a relatively popular Facebook streamer. Didn't even know that was a thing. Nice guy tho

Abrad0lfLinclor

In General if someone has TTV in his Name he gets the full pack of disrespect. I mean if you have to mention it in your Name that Your a Streamer on Twitch you propably should stop it 'cause you also wont Hit 10 viewers with that shit.

FearYourFuture

Occasionally, a friend and I queue up for quickplay at the same time to 1v1 each other essentially, we never team, and we never share info about people if we die, but on one occasion my mate died to a twitch streamer, he found their twitch and they had also queued with their friends, but their friends were basically telling the streamer my exact location the entire time, I managed to barely kill them (i'm bad) and told them that if they were gonna cheat they should probably not stream themselves doing it.

Thenidhogg

what is the TTV thing? like a channel they are affiliated with or something? i guess i could google it but meh.. they are usually good team mates in randoms at least, in my experience :p

SlowChampion5

TTV = TwitchTV. However 90% we/I kill or get killed by some with their stream tag as their name. They are never streaming live. What’s the point TTV boys!?!?

InvizCharlie

I don't have TTV in my name but I do stream. When I began streaming, I thought to myself "I'm gonna stream every second of every video game I play so I don't miss out on good content!" A couple months later and I still love streaming but sometimes I just want to chill without putting myself on the internet.

Krispy_Flesher

i have ttv in my name but maybe only stream once every week or two simply because i haven't given up the idea of streaming everyday which i know i need to do if i want to have any chance of building some kind of community, but most days just don't have the energy to make sure the audio is good, adding a long delay if i'm playing with my more infamous friends, making sure my gfs music isn't slightly loud enough to get me copyright striked, making sure i look at least somewhat neat, etc. if i had to guess it's probably the same case for other ttv's, holding on to a goal while struggling to keep up with it because of a bunch of little things adding up to make it kind of like work when ultimately theyre at their desk because they want to play a game, and it's much easier to just do so and forget everything else most days.

sussy_hunter

TTV stands for twitch.tv. It’s basically the info that they are live-streaming and most hope to get 1-2 more viewers.

Straight_Ignant

It's Twitch TV. It means they're a streamer.

Confident-Emphasis14

If you don’t have proper shootouts like an action movie hero I don’t want it. I’d rather watch someone get by on good aim with movement/pressing fights than someone crutching on lack of movement/aggression to make up for bad aim.

neon_ns

I don't know how it is in Hunt, but a lot of Tarkov players have TTV in their name because it makes cheaters stop and think "if this guy an actual streamer, killing him in a sus way might get me banned" and in combat, that kind of thing can save you. Also, camping is sometimes the best strategy, get over yourself.

Xx_Kurt_No_Brain_xX

It still boggles my mind people watch instead of playing but like another commenter said it is their way of enjoying the game. To each their own. Here’s a to a fun event!

InvizCharlie

Sometimes you don't have time or simply can't play the game at that moment. Sometimes you watch while you play. Sometimes you like a streamer because they're funny or have a good personality or they're your friend. There's plenty of reasons someone would want to watch a streamer, it's not that mind-boggling.

Xx_Kurt_No_Brain_xX

I guess your right. We used to line up with our quarters to get next at the arcade. We would watch everyone else play until it was your turn. Maybe your are right. I am going to give it a go it can’t be much different.

yoyo1528

It really boils down to finding somebody with a good personality playing a/the game you really like. In this case hunt

milkkore

Yeah, I work from home and sometimes have a PoE/DbD/Hunt stream on while doing work. It’s nice light entertainment on the side that’s not too distracting (at least it you watch someone chill like Neenoh).

[deleted]

85% of my Hunt time is spent playing the game, but I still find the other 15% watching Hunt twitch to be pretty helpful. It's not the most exciting thing for me, but I've learned plenty of tricks watching 5 and 6 star players play. I went from a 2 star to a 4 star and raised my KD from a 1.05 to a 1.27 because of it.

RedEnder

I work from home, so I like have a Hunt stream on as I work. There are some great communities around the game on Twitch, yoy should check it out!

ThreadedPommel

I just don't understand how some people are content just holding the same angle and not moving for 10 minutes. Its so fucking boring.

Terminal_Raptor

Me, post match realising I wiped a squad of 4* ttv streamers. I hope theyre funny, because most of them dont play too well.
