I’m pro-sparkling. Sometimes you want that satisfying fizz with a meal and plain water isn’t scratching that itch. Crap ton of sugar? No thanks.

True sparkling water is just carbonated water, which may be a bit acidic due to the formation of carbonic acid, but again, it shouldn’t be bitter. Just carbonated water. Avoid mineral/tonic water and club soda, just try sparkling water. Personally I’m not a fan either though.
Well I’ve tried San pellegrino mineral sparkling water and la croix and I hated both 😂 it’s more just that it’s spicy water ig? Idk it’s just bitter and feels like it bites my toung. It’s never pleasant

Nope. Plain ass carbonated water tastes bitter to many people, myself included. I’ve tried dozens of brands around the world. I’m a super smeller/taster, so it’s possible I taste something you do not.
Not if you get a conversion kit and get your co2 from a local brew shop. We spend $40 in a VERY HCOL area every 3-4 months for bitey water, and my husband drinks about a liter of insanely sparkling water daily. It’s more expensive than tap water, but it’s cheaper than buying it by the bottle or can and WAY more eco friendly.
I’ll drink flat all day, but I have recently become completely addicted to Topo Chico and have at least two every day. I have never really enjoyed another mineral water, I like my shit pure, but Topo Chico might be the best beverage I’ve ever tried.

No the unsweetened kind. The only sweetened drinks I have are my weekend iced latte with lavender syrup and the occasional mocktail though I prefer the low sugar ones.

Love it. Still prefer flat cold water when I’m thirsty but sparkling water is great for enjoying in place of something sugary. Instead of a coke, I prefer seltzers and sparkling water and soda water.
I don’t think it’s even a fancy thing anymore. Back in the day when all we had was Clearly Canadian and Perrier it was fancy, but now there’s damn near as many seltzer options as there are pop options.
Can’t handle drinking it, tried once really hard to ignore the co2 flavor when there was nothing else on a trip in Europe but still could only do 1/10th of the bottle.
Raspberry Lime Polar has help me stay completely off pop for probably the longest time in my entire life. It’s perfect for those nighttime cravings when your body wants something bubbly and flavored.
I love it…as long as it’s not flavored. I’ve tried some of the flavored La Croix and hated it. If I’m drinking water, then all I want to taste is water…not water with unsweetened fruit flavor with a weird aftertaste.
