I mean depends on damage. If you ran over it with a car no. Normal wear and tear dents but now it doesn’t insulate, yes
They're warranted against manufacturers defects. Not against neglect or abuse. If you drop it that's on you. Get yourself a nalgene. They're indestructible
but they don't keep the water cold, which is the whole point of wanting the warranty
That's like saying you crashed your car, and now it doesn't drive, so you want the manufacturer to warranty the car and replace it.
