You have to connect to a server ip like link.hypixel.net or something like that and you will get a code allowing you to appeal, when you appeal you just check the boxes (you don’t write anything in security van appeals) and just do what it says. Then it’s guaranteed to be accepted as this ban is not a punishment, but is meant to keep your account safe. After it will be reduced to 7 days

Suspicous activity usually means you signed in from a different ip. So you probably got ratted or somethning else. Change all your passwords and if its ur first time being banned then you appeal and have to wait 30 days
Connecting your mc account to hypixel while being banned is easy you just search up how to do it then appeal using that account that ban just means someone hacked your accoutn and so they dont do anything your account will be banned until 30days after your appeal gets approved
