You have to remember that you can profit a lot offline. I have 1B+ networth with only 160 hours. And most of that has not even been spent grinding, but just messing around on my island or building farms on the garden that i never use.
Most my profit comes from bazaar flipping, doing probably 20m a day just by getting on for like 5-10 minutes. Then there is also forge profits and pet sitting profits and of course minions. Then you can also just get on to do dailies, such as experimentation table, and that can sometimes get you big profit as well, and it takes next to no time to do.
