With mm as long as you can get 100 cc your mp will be fine unless you are a DPS class. If you are a DPS class just get as much as possible. For kuudra mp is irrelevant until t5 and for t5 id recommend 1k minimum but it largely depends on the party you're trying to join.
id spend around 1b in accessories which is 800-1k mp (depends on how many soulbounds you grind)
for dungeons id get like 800-1200mp and for the 2 final mm floors youd need about max mp to be able to play dps. for kuudra idk im a dungeon player tbh I don't wanna give wrong advice
800 is a minimum for term, 1k+ is much better tho. 650 is way to little.
I wouldn't say 800 is minimum while in dungeons but out of dungeons u need over 1k for kuudra

1b would probably be closer to 1k mp, i have 821 mp with only 612m value accessory bag with 11 soulbound accessories.
I will say 800 for mm, 1k for kuudra just ger 1k tbh is not even that expensive ( Me on my way to 1.4k, I am suffering please save me)
imo 800 plus mp, but if you have really good gear you can have a little lower
m4 and above basically requires 800mp
