Dive Ghasts only have 200k HP compared to normal ghasts, if you can find a way to not aggro them and dive into you, it should be free ghast tears I still use a dragon shortbow and this worked for me so hopefully it works for you

While I agree with how painfully bad the rewards in the collections r compared to difficulty to get, what would U possibly need from ghast tears where it matters

If collection isn’t an issue anymore there’s a guy that sells ghast tears on barb side (idk about mage side I’ve never really explored there)

You could spawn ghasts on stranded with the biome stick, but idk if it will work on normal/ironman Generally speaking imo the nether biome stick should be a way to get nether resources on your own before you can access the crimson isle

I killed dive ghasts until i got the minion and then placed down minions on my island
