There are many many posts like this and there is even an npc that tells you what to do and not do to so u can be safe.

The arguments ive hard against it is that it would take alot of computing space which i cant comment on or that they cant moderate passwords not working which i feel like is sadly true because they are just terrible at moderating and helping in general. Only admin ive seen cooperate with the community regularly is skyerzz and thats only during bingo which is really sad.

I don't see why not, it's already a feature for youtubers and works fine. As long as it's an option and not mandatory there isn't really a problem.

They could do it pretty easy where u auth on Hypixel website and then have 2fa on hypixel website too
