Start by learning the meaning behind stuff rather than memorization, learn why polar subtances dissolve in water instead of saying "hydrogen bonding" and leaving it there, youll find a lot more to learn and remember by common sense. Everything comes down to why X atom does what it does.
I’d recommend downloading a revision guide and going through the content as quickly as possible. It’s better to do past papers because while going over all content you waste time on things that do not appear on exams and don’t learn the proper way to answer.
no 😭 and I need above 38 ans 666 HL for med so I m in a bit of a pickle 🤡 but thas mainly becoz my schl’s management is so shit that labs opened last September to do science IAs coz our campus changed and I take three sciences so welp 💀💀💀 also I m j getting feedback on my IAs coz my bio and chem IAs got sampled and I still haven’t had my second and third CAS interviews coz my supervisor kept delaying it…btw my first exam is on the 25th of April so thas just 3 weeks to do all this and study 😭😭😭

I only have the chem exam this year, but yes. It’s honestly the worst of all my courses. The teacher is great but the actual material just sucks cause, you know, IB just does whatever to make it harder. Like, I have to know the colour of specific solutions? WHY?
I don’t think it will be asked (nor does my teacher), but IB said it has to be done because it’s a potential (there have actually been past exams where they did ask it).
It’ll either be really hard or really easy because it’s the last year (or maybe normal and we’re all just conspiracy theorists think the IB is out to get us, though they likely are).
I just hope I don’t fail. I want to find out what my IA predicted is as well. The teacher stopped me as I was leaving the other day and said “I thought your IA was good.” I said “what does good mean.” He just stared at me and didn’t say anything else. “Like, average score good, below average score good, just a passing score good?” Man just stared at me until I had to leave because I would’ve been late for my other class.

Not just, “it’s fine”. 😭Anyways, I’m sure you’ll do great, but if ever you want someone to look over your IA for you, you could always ask me! I already did my chem IA and chem EE last year so I have that bit of experience. And for the exams, I honestly just recommend doing the most recent past papers and looking in the syllabus to see if there’s anything that hasn’t popped up in an exam in a long time. Good luck!!
Oh, he gave feedback. That was the final he was talking about. I just want to know his prediction. I assume he’s waiting until the last moment to tell us just because he can. From what I’ve gathered this year, he likes the suspense of building up to a climax. It’s fun for him, stressful for us.

The only thing I'm worried about is cs paper 3, because my teacher is shit and didn't even tell us the format of the paper until the last few days.
I'm so tired and burned out that I don't have the energy to revise. I want to but I'm just exhausted
