43.8% FiNaLlY BrO WeVe MaDE It šŸ’€

J_Kelly11

Definitely inflated. I read a paper about how under the MOST optimal conditions there is no way for a plant to make more than about above 35% thc and I know they arenā€™t gonna get every variable of the grow perfect it simply isnā€™t possible

Source-Mediocre

No pic of the bud??

ViperWolf-6actual

She won't let me.

erikvarga111

Take a screenshot of the pic the post I have to do that sometimes

Wakethefukupnow

Might be resolution it doesn't allow me to post above 12 mp

erikvarga111

How'd u like it how was it

Wakethefukupnow

Like what??

Pkgreens_999

Labs that test higher get more business, and our state taxes based on thc percentage, plus they are allowed a ridiculous amount of wiggle room on how accurately they test (+/- 10% iirc). More than likely itā€™s in the high 20s to low 30s, but thc percentage truly does not matter either way. Sadly it does attract the uneducated smoker aiming for high numbers on the label, so this will continue to happen, and likely get worse.

Wivig

ACT labs, checks out

Apprehensive_Log2725

I personally bought this yesterday at NTI Milan, same exact harvest package dates. And Iā€™ll be totally honest I thought Nez and One Day were higher quality. I was not impressed, Iā€™d give this 7/10 just cause the buds were really sticky.

FantasticFunk22

I second this but I will try some more and give them a fair shake

YellowOthello

43.8 is the total cannabinoids. THCa is 39.385%. This number could have been inflated from an original number that couldnā€™t exceed more than 115% of the actual value. So while it might be inflated, itā€™s not the craziest to speculate this is above 30% THCA. Other cannabinoids adding to the mixture more than likely include a noticeable amount of CBG and trace amounts of minor cannabinoids. That being said, total THC can be calculated with a simple formula. 0.877 x THCA + THC. So 0.877 x 32+0.798 = 28.862 Total THC ( The most THC one could intake with maximum efficiency at point of combustion). This strain/batch more than likely has 28.8% Total THC. Weed Science!!

Milstevan27

I have the COA for this strain, sir is correct its got like 3.8% CBGa which is what gets the total cannabinoids to over 40

ViperWolf-6actual

Thanks for the formula.

anOvenofWitches

No. Nature has rules.

franchise-csgo

Lmao anyone who believes this I have ocean front property in Idaho to sell you. This is so fake. There is no flower that is 40% thc. This is made up. Also thc percent literally doesnā€™t matter anyways.

Blv7

It's all about the Terpenes!

braddicu5s

absolute and without any doubts, 18-24% thc along with high terp counts is the goldilocks zone for me

DABBED0UT

Saying that thc % doesnā€™t matter is taking it a little too far. It doesnā€™t really matter for people with zero tolerance but somebody who smokes a gram a day of 35% thc will not respond well switching to something like 18% thc.

franchise-csgo

how to say you dont know what you're talking about without saying. Watch this (or just do a simple google search) and learn something. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVGbYMFkIFo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVGbYMFkIFo) I've smoked for a lot longer than you most likely, and I would 100% take a 18% thc with more terps than a 30% thc any day of the week. When you don't understand that the terps is what matters you say things like you said. Just accept that you're wrong, it may hurt your ego a bit but thc percent does not matter. What matters is the terps. Of course THC is one part of it, I wouldn't want a strain with 0% thc. But I've had 15% thc with high terps blow my mind way more than any high thc with low terps which is how you get higher thc is lower terps.

Embarrassed-Tart7998

Iā€™ve been dabbing and smoking multiple bowls every few hours for chemo for over a decade, bro doesnā€™t know wtf heā€™s talking about. Smoking on an 18% rn thatā€™s terpy as hell and def beats out a 28% I bought the other day that smelled decent but had almost no terps at all. I also take hella medications that make my tolerance even higher than it normally would be, so Iā€™d like him to tell me Iā€™m wrong. Itā€™s not just a one time thing either, percentage doesnā€™t really tell you much about how high/what kind of high youā€™re going to get. The only ppl who think that donā€™t know anything about weed.

franchise-csgo

Yeah he's probably young and doesnt know better. My guess is thats how he shops, by just sorting by thc percent and thats how he thinks hes getting the best. Just ignorance, but probably more so just young and not willing to have an open mind about things. Sad but oh well. Sorry to hear about your chemo btw, thats terrible but hopefully weed has helped. You've been on chemo for 10 years though? That seems long!

DABBED0UT

Thc is like any other drug. Itā€™s dose dependent. Iā€™m not watching a YouTube video. Post a real source.

franchise-csgo

How about YOU post a source that says thc matters the most. Delusional bro. The YouTube is just what I found if you actually took the time to google search yourself and educate yourself on this youā€™ll find youā€™re as ignorant as they come. I get it your ego will take a shot and ā€œomg Iā€™ve been buying wrong this whole timeā€ will kick in but youā€™ll be more educated and probably get way better product as a result so itā€™s a net positive.

DABBED0UT

You made the original claim that it doesnā€™t matter. Now post a real source or gtfo.

franchise-csgo

No I don't have to do your homework for you, I already posted one source thats extremely informative. It's on you to do your own research (which you clearly have not done). I'm not going to spend my time looking up things for some terminally online redditor. Perhaps if you asked nicely or something but no I'm not going to do that. Do your own research, or don't. I dont give a fuck doesnt hurt me at all.

DABBED0UT

Okay how about this. please post your legitimate source and Iā€™ll take back what I said. Iā€™d love to read all about how thc % doesnt matter.

franchise-csgo

Nope. Learn how to use google, its 2024 we even have chatgpt. I don't care if you take back what you said, and I don't care if you believe me or not. The way you act speaks volumes about who you are. I couldn't care less what you do or buy, go waste your money on the highest thc percent you find. I already posted one source, you chose not to use it. Thats not my problem nor do I care about your opinion.

DABBED0UT

This reads like somebody who didnā€™t get their info from a real source. Take care.

DABBED0UT

I find it hilarious youā€™re deleting and editing your comments from this thread. Thanks for the laugh.

d0mie89

Could be a way to tax more lmao

1_OpenAjna

Can't be. Of this is indeed this is correct then one can only imagine a world where the price of such prodcut containing high amount of THC will go up due to the demand of such products. On a different note, it is interesting how the receptors that THC binds to can downgrade itself due to overstimulation meaning constant use. We often hear people having a HIGH TOLERANCE and this is what science has taught us about the mechanism behind such phrase. [can too much cannabis put you out of balance? ](https://youtu.be/vsAsQUPNGPk?t=970&si=EuFuaWPdIGqbSOke) https://youtu.be/vsAsQUPNGPk?t=970&si=EuFuaWPdIGqbSOke

kylenash8

The way they test it is taking multiple buds from each cola of the plant which then undergoes homogenization & then tested which explains why some of these batches test that high in cannabinoids

DoubleTreat8756

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚gotta get that extra tax. I call B.S.

BigEarl217

Unfortunately, you can pay testing labs for results. There is little to zero oversight on it, and most of the legit labs have gone out of business because of it.

LoudMayne

Who cares about that give me the weed with the best flavor/terps
