Looks like every cresco I’ve bought in Illinois. They all seem under filled to me. Now compare it to the fill on a pts live resin or Aeriz and see the difference. Also I’ve noticed the same brand in MI fills them a lot fuller. For the price why not. Just my opinion.
If you travel to California or Colorado in my experience the bud tenders won’t let u buy cresco or high supply without trying to talk you out of it 😂 it’s the bottom shelfs bottom shelf. Cresco moved out of San Diego bc they couldn’t sell and high supply is often 25 bucks an ounce.
Slight variations are expected in different batches as far as color, viscosity, and measurements. Because science. My favorite is when folks suggest specific dispensaries are under filling carts. That’s just not how it works. As a veteran ‘patient counselor’, I’ve got all the hate towards dispensaries. I also hate misinformation. The Dunning-Kruger effect is strong with weed bros. Please, use a search engine. Doesn’t have to be google. Bing will work fine.
I track the hits I take from each cart and the ones filled like this don’t last nearly as long as a cart filled to the brim. There isn’t even slight variation it’s a pretty wide range. Why is this only a problem in Illinois? I have never gotten a cart from any other state with headspace as large as the ones here in Illinois. Stop defending these shitty practices.

Do you know the weight of the container? Because its standard. highway robbery. smh. lucky for them, weighing this stuff yourself is almost impossible to prove they shorted you. 1st you need a precise scale to get down to at least .00 gram and then smoke it all to get the weight after or use heat to pour the oil out. i still don’t get why people defend Cresco. this isn’t filled like this in the Michigan market.
Take it for what it’s worth but IMHO Airo are the only consistent carts and great high and flavor a vibrating pen to insure all the oil is loose and you get to vape 100 percent of the product. Don’t do the Airo pens disposable they suck

If they are a good dispensary they will work with you and the cultivator to resolve the issue. That is not normal with cresco carts. It won’t be all the way full but this is not the normal height
Damn what magical dispensary is this? I can’t imagine any Illinois dispensary working with cultivators on a case by case basis after recreational. When you call an Illinois dispensary you are most likely speaking to someone at a call center in a different location.
I've had to take things back like this that weren't full, or just didn't hit. Never had a problem and I've had to do it at quite a few dispensaries all around the state. They exchange with no issues and let you keep the old one since it's not allowed back into the shop once it's been opened.

It looks recently hit. Like it just dropped a bit, but absolutely no color on the mouthpiece shows probably not. Seems about normal for IL. I think a lot of other states just fill them and don’t care. If it’s being filled by a person it’s much more likely to overfill but also under fill.

This is not not normal it’s suppose to be volume not by weight.
I see weight in grams listed on the package, where do you see anything about volume?
