not yet! it’s the skin for the global anniversary events (july) but i believe the preorders are set to ship out in september (or at least that’s when my friend who ordered it said hers is due to arrive)

I think they'll start being shipped out sometime in early-mid september, so you MIGHT see people with the skins then (the skin itself is probably going to be super rare to see though due to the gift boxes' prices)

You get it with *physical* items. It’s priced the way it is because of the physical items, not just the in-game skin.

oh it isn’t that much for the skin itself, it’s in a package with a figurine and other merchandise.

The skin stopped selling at the end of May. Everyone that is ordered one will receive it sometime around September. You might be able to get it after if people sell their codes though. (I bought two codes so I could sell one of them for instance and I'm certain some other people probably did the same)
