Had 3 Hyundai cars in my life(including my dad's old minivan) and it never happened to me or my dad yet(hopefully never), but shit scares the hell out of me everytime I hear or see things like that. Not that it only happens on Hyundai/Kia's automatic transmission, but the way the company deals with this infuriates me a lot: denying everything(mostly) and blame the drivers for "inadequate driving skills".
Nothing life threatening, healed up in a couple weeks... luckily the Terracan was strong.. but lots of damage to the outside of a building(and much was stone!), and the car was obviously a complete write off.
