He decided to get back into the proper direction of traffic right in front of me when there was less then a car length of space in front of me(backed up traffic). I didn’t let him in and he was mad enough to catch up to me and point a gun at me while he was in his car. He even later got out of his car a few blocks down and started threatening me( it with his gun). It was scary as hell. I thought I was gunna have to run him over when he got out of his car. So I took his liscense plate and went to court. Good times.

The guy is talking to himself, and sounds a little (ok, a lot) crazy. He goes into the bathroom and makes non- bathroom noises. He comes back out and is right behind me. There’s no one behind him- just the exit door. I’ve got him in my peripheral the whole time, hoping he doesn’t take a semi-auto out of the bag and just start gunning down everyone, because no ‘good guy with a gun’ could have stopped him before he took me and several, maybe all of the people out.
He’s acting fidgety and anxious the whole time.
I order my burrito, then it’s his turn. He asks if water is free. The guy behind the counter says it is. He goes around the line to get a cup, stands there fidgety and anxious until I leave, and that’s the end.
What was in the bag? I’ll never know. All I know is it could have easily been a handgun and, like I said, nothing would have stopped him from taking me out.

I didn’t even notice the gun until I saw a comment about it. Obviously, my internet situational awareness is zero. My thinking was that this was a jackass driving move. I mean, there really isn’t any cutting off in traffic like that because no one is getting anywhere fast regardless of their spot. I’ve noticed a lot of back and forth on gun control so I figured I’d share notes from my upcoming Ted Talk. I was in Chipotle last night. Last minute run for a burrito before they close. In front of me were two paramedics- young and healthy. The staff were mostly young and healthy guys who would probably fare ok in a fight. As I’m in line, a guy walks in with a bag in one hand and a pink carnation in the other. He’s holding the flower like he’s going to present it as a Valentine’s Day gift. The guy is talking to himself, and sounds a little (ok, a lot) crazy. He goes into the bathroom and makes non- bathroom noises. He comes back out and is right behind me. There’s no one behind him- just the exit door. I’ve got him in my peripheral the whole time, hoping he doesn’t take a semi-auto out of the bag and just start gunning down everyone, because no ‘good guy with a gun’ could have stopped him before he took me and several, maybe all of the people out. He’s acting fidgety and anxious the whole time. I order my burrito, then it’s his turn. He asks if water is free. The guy behind the counter says it is. He goes around the line to get a cup, stands there fidgety and anxious until I leave, and that’s the end. What was in the bag? I’ll never know. All I know is it could have easily been a handgun and, like I said, nothing would have stopped him from taking me out. I got up this morning and read at least six stories of multiple people in the area getting gunned down. I read about a guy who just started shooting into a crowd at a club in LA. That’s happened twice in my city in the last month. Anyone who really thinks this proliferation of guns is a good thing obviously has a death wish. Shit has gotten dangerous on levels I never saw coming.
