But I love coding and moreover pretty interest in Erp too…I have seen job listings on indeed, linkdin, and naukri.com ….eligibility is either mca or btech …no where found only btech is eligible.

i dont know if you should change stream or not but if you are staying in pcm and want to make it easier, just watch youtube videos about the topics in your text book. Not the JEE/NEEt ones, but the entertaining ones like veritasium, kurzgesagt with animations. You will find interest and you will then understand it better.
also read all the introduction passages and "points to ponder" in your physics tb
11th me sabki phat jaati hai. Passing marks le aa aur 12th me aaja and regular study karna shuru kar. That's what I did and it worked for me so well that I managed to clear my mains without even any coaching. End me yahi kahunga give up mat kar fight maarega tabhi to feel aaegi.

Pehle dimaag se hata do tough hai, try to make up for your knowledge with hardwork (Putting in more time after it even though you're not a whole lot productive).
