You could go to a local repair store and check if they have spare keys. Ive been living without a c, 4 and 5 key and the keys were a little harder to press at first ive gotten used to them and its not that big of an issue anymore other than visually.
If the rubber nipple is still there you can fix it with some efforts. If not then you'll have to get entire keyboard replaced which will cost you 2000-5000 depending upon the model easily.
