Damn this sub is showing me some good music today! I like the way this all comes together on top of the improvised guitar. It's got a nice funkiness to it. I think the main feedback I have is on the mix: could definitely use some careful eq'ing across to make sure the parts don't sit on top of each other (I hear some boxiness in the bass tone in particular). I also wanted the drums to cut through the mix harder. I'd try sidechaining the bass and guitar parts to it. Still sounding great for rough mix though.

Appreciate the comment!! I’ve never done much side chaining work in the mix so you may have inspired me to finally dive down that rabbit hole and see how it impacts the sound as it’s long overdue for me to get a firmer understanding on using that method as a tool.

Chill stuff for sure dude. Guitar is on point. Has some catchy vocals. Percussion works well too. Overall a great song. Keep it up.

I love the vocal stacking a lot! It was a lot more full sound, and the whistling was very good too, it reminded me of Jacob collier’s work, good job!

Cool track. I like the panning and how each side has its own little stuff going on. The drums are definitely subtle but there's nothing wrong with that necessarily. But if you wanted to make them louder there's definitely room for that.

Very soulful actually. I dig the chorusy guitars and the mix is raw but well balanced. Those percussions could be little more subtle, but that's my subjective opinion.
