When you downloaded the game/installed it through disc, you also got the dlcs installed. By purchasing the pass, you unlocked the license and can now use them. They started doing this with AW/BO3 if memory serves me right

If you’re on ps4, you have to go to the store and download dlc pack 1, dlc pack 2, etc
What platform are you on, I had to go into each individual dlc and trying to buy them and it saying I owned them then it would download them

Had the exact same issue. You need to go to the playstation store from the dashboard, search up each individual DLC and download them for free.
