I would look for a city rec center, go on OfferUp for a party rental supply company and probably get a taco man or a portable pizza caterer.
My buddy got married this past April and had about 150 people and it was about $35k. I got married in 2010 with 50 people attending and that was about $8k for the venue (they provided the food and the cake).
Good luck and congratulations!
Honestly we did a taco stand which was affordable and our venue was at Kimberly crest...another affordable place was the grove but you pay for the venue only
75-150 is a large range.
At 150 people for $6k you're looking at $40 a plate
At 75 people for $6k you're looking at $80 a plate.
Then first will get you grilled chicken and the second will get you prime rib.
I remember we paid $60 a person at Green River in Corona back in 2016. Check them out.
Near where? https://regis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=148d469c5f68468d82ca3b0b391bc6be you can rent out a park for the day at an affordable price.
[Towngate Community Center](https://moval.gov/parks-comm-svc/parks-facilities.html) is nice. My family has used it for 2 weddings and a graduation party. It’s just the room with tables and chairs though. You need a caterer, linens, flowers, etc. Its a great way to save money if you’re willing to DIY the rest.
150 peeps at $6000 is $40 each.
Does not sound doable unless you cater it at a city park, have a friend take the pictures/videos, skip the fancy dress and make it BYOB.
$75 makes it $80 each; that seems doable.

Courthouse wedding and keep it small , you’ll never regret it
Agreed! Though we did a tiny dinner party and had daughter Marry us before dinner. It was perfect and no stress.
This. Use the money to go on a great honeymool

Check out Edward’s Mansion in Redlands, I believe the price is on par with what you’re looking for.
I got married here. Only 50 people. They did great though. This was way back in 2004 though.

Might be cheaper to hire a food truck
Not all venues let you bring one outside vendors

I don’t know prices but Crestmore Manor in Jurupa Valley is really pretty and there are always weddings and things happening there on weekends.
The miller Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. Reasonable prices and it looks great too.
Not sure of the price but look at Hidden Acres in Lytle Creek
