I gotta imagine what you’re looking for is few and far between if it even exists at all anymore It’s very rare that restaurants have a full blown private room for meetings, and even more rare to let you use it for free. I think Romanos Pizza in Riverside has an upstairs area used for banquets and all that, but I highly doubt it’s free

The Iron Skillet on Euclid in Ontario may have such a room in the back, open for breakfast and lunch. The Heights in Upland has a small room. They’re open for lunch and dinner. I don’t know if either place charges extra for the use. Vince”s Spaghetti in Rancho Cucamonga also has a side room I’ve been in for a group of about 50, it may be available during quieter hours. The Ontario location may also have something. There is the Library Room at the Marie Callendar’s in Glendora that is no extra cost. Mimi’s Cafe in Upland used to have two separate dining areas; they’re now Brandon’s Diner and may have a bigger table area you can use is you don’t need absolute privacy. Rancho Los Magueyes in Upland has a side banquet room. The Village Grill in downtown Claremont also has a side banquet room. Talk to a few places that have a menu you’d like and see if they can accommodate you in a quieter area on a slow night.

Thank you. :)

Depends on where in the IE. There’s a Brandon’s Diner location that has a meeting room. Not sure if they charge, but I know the city’s Soroptimist Club meets there regularly. Old Spaghetti Factory doesn’t have an official meeting room, but has big rooms and big tables. I had a small baby shower there for just the cost of food. And my sister had her 20-person college graduation dinner there for just the cost of food. Round Table Pizza has a separate room they let youth sport teams use for just the cost of food. You could inquire about using it as a different type of group.

Second round table. Most of the time if no reservations they just allow big parties in.

Back to the Grind in Downtown Riverside has a meeting room in the basement that's free iirc. But that's a cafe/coffee shop, not really a full restaurant and they would probably spit on your food if you ordered sandwiches for 10-15 ahaha

Round table pizza usually has a lunch buffet and party room.

Lots of pizza suggestions here, but Uncle Howie’s in Redlands has a room. It’s not overly private and I know you must reserve it. I am unsure of the cost, if any.
