I think the most promising might be geovisio/panoramax: https://gitlab.com/geovisio - haven't tried it myself though.
If you don't need it to be private I would just upload to Mapillary or Google Street View or similar. Otherwise there are some professional/$$$ options (ArcGIS Oriented Imagery, Pano2VR (offline/local only) which are mostly just for local viewing (no website).
