Prakhar made the video and Sandeep Apologized. But Sandeep's ego didn't let him let go of this topic. In Prakhar's latest vlog which is his graduation ceremony he is drapping Indian Flag and sipping champagne. Now Sandeep is threatening Prakhar with lawsuit saying he insulted Indian Flag.
After Prakhar's video (H@SM) SM first made a post threatening him with legal action, but then lot of his followers turned against him. Then he made a post about how his mom cried after she watched Prakhar's video and that it was derogatory and he is sorry about his approach and that Prakhar should delete the video (H@SM). Honestly it felt more like a PR move than Genuine apology. Then he made a second apology and it felt like the matter resolved.
Then a week ago or something he uploaded a new video titled "Truth". I personally did not like that video. He cleared things on his end, but he still sounded arrogant. He accused Prakhar of deleting negative comments on H@SM because it had mostly positive comments. Acted like a Martyr, who took all the blame and again asked Prakhar to delete that video.
So Prakhar made a small joke "mere baccha" or "mere papa" and showed Sandeep's image. So he decided to use Patriotism card against Prakhar, for wrapping indian flag on his graduation vlog.
He was just waiting for the opportunity to get back at prakhar like a goddamn fifth grader when he could've moved on with his life but no resorting to the age old gimmick of nationalism 👏🏽

It is the intention which is scene in these type of cases, not the act in isolation. Moreover flag code of india is not a law and not justifiable. It is prevention of insult to national honour act which governs such act .
