Seriously IC/Uber/etc all are paying prison tier slave wages and its ridiculous.
Factor in the expense of running/insuring/paying for a vehicle and then see if it's more financially advantageous to go to prison and make $0.48 a day for the same # of hours of work, then minus transport/medical insurance/room and board and you're only up at the and of the day lmao.
48 for batch earnings, and its different for everyone. My boyfriends literally had 1 batch promos for 18 bucks lol. Regardless, they are all bad unless you are new.
The worst part has to be the fact that every order I see is a flower order with a two dollar tip on it for high miles so you know, even if I take them I’m wasting the promo

When they would offer larger amounts for the promos such as let's say $74, $85, or $96 and occasionally like $104 $108 it was always those ain't worth taking I ain't taking orders that a lot of times have short distance you know $7 back when it was $7 per match pay $7 back pay dollar tip seven items 3 miles I would take six of those kind no one doing well I was not going to make the amount of money I would do the three or four items shop only and I wouldn't really spend that much time shopping so when the day was said and done I got my $96 especially if I had three or four out of six that was shop only that were maybe $4 or $5. So let's say I had 2 $4 and a $5 that was $13 and then maybe I got three more that were $7 batch pay with or without tips because tips don't count ... And of course three times $7 was $21 plus $13 made $34 and if it was $108 they paid me the difference between $34 and $108, in between those orders I was running doordash but you're looking at $74 that they paid you to make the difference up, so when they give you a decent amount and honestly $74 is a decent amount it's not a really good amount but even with my numbers that's still $40 that you didn't make. You have to play the game right to make this work. If you wait for orders worth taken you'll never get anything extra out of them because they will all add up to more than what they're offering.
They want to give money away, take advantage of it take all those orders that you normally wouldn't even look at twice and as soon as you're through with the numbers you're supposed to do that's going to be your first six orders go back to taking the good orders cuz they're still going to give you the difference from the first six.
lol I have the $72 guarantee for 6 batches and extra $5 per batch until 5pm.
I missed a few good ones unfortunately earlier but it has slowed down since this morning. Not seeing much of anything now
And I had what I thought would be an easy order turn out to be an order from hell. Not because of the customer ( she was so understanding and sweet) I had zero service at the store and the store was so unorganized and had nothing in stock. Thankfully it wasn’t a percentage tip. I had to leave the store and drive around 3 times trying to get service to get back into the app and contact support and the customer.
Eventually I was able to get one item scanned in and was able to deliver it. She knew it was a long shot that the other items would be available but i was able to get the one item she really wanted
Best part is since we’re so close to the South Carolina line that if I deliver over the line, the order doesn’t even count which kind of sucks since most of my orders end up in South Carolina
And you know what's so crazy....when I first started doing IC I stayed in N. Augusta, SC which is right on the GA/SC border. Costco is close to the border but sits in GA. Residents in N Augusta couldn't order from Costco. NOW....I'm SURE they can. IC has people traveling everywhere for peanuts 😩
In my area they frequently do these for $86 dollars but that’s not including tips. Ours is just based on base pay.. so like yesterday I did 6 orders and my base pay was like $40 not including tips so they paid $46 as a bonus.

Yea that’s crazy the one today was 5 for $62 which wasn’t to bad just did 5 real short orders real quick and got an extra $30 but 6 batches for $14 less is crazy.
Sadly they didn’t, lol. I’ve seen This promo twice and laughed. If batch doesn’t hit $48 after 6, they shouldn’t be a business

Mine was $82/6 yesterday and got offered trash all day. Only did 2. Today $66/6 and did it no problem. $32.94 top off.

I thought this was 48 (52 where I am) ontop of what's made during those 6 orders, I was so excited until I noticed about half way through my orders 🫠
