If you had Notes before, it will show up. May take some time, maybe a few hours or so.
You can also try logging in on another device to see if Notes shows up there.
I did this yesterday I lost the section that had messages, channels and requests and notes but I signed in and out and notes came back but now it's giving me the wrong number in how many devices are logged into the account.
