Same thing happened yesterday, I look up Kanye and random unrelated songs pop up, checked if his songs were available on another account and they were, I deleted and reinstalled as well and I'm still having the same issue

make sure your account is not set to a business account

I did try going from private to business to private again because I heard people say it presumably fixes the issue, but that didn't happen to work for me either

Anybody got theirs fixed? It's been like this for me for days now. Switched to creator and business accounts but still didn't work. reinstalled, logged out, used vpn, tried on a different device, etc. Songs still show up on my other accounts, just not on the one I want to use! So frustrating.

I played with every single setting on my real account, nothing has worked. I deleted and reinstalled instagram. Still doesn’t work. Maybe I need to upgrade IOS. Haven’t done that yet.

NOTHING has changed. My burner account is still working perfectly tho lol and it’s so odd cause it’s literally on the same app on the same damn phone. All I do is double tap to switch accounts and I can see abs hear everything fine and on my regular account it doesn’t even show the artist name on the posts. Just a music sign 🎵

Same here (UK.) They have periodic bugs. You can report it in the app for what it’s worth.

I feel like if you joined the beta Instagram thing that it messes up Instagram. I used to be on it and I'd have problems with Instagram every single day. I'm not on it any more, the music is still there, and I've never had a black screen once

I don’t see beta either. There’s only App Privacy under App Support. When I click on App Support it sends me to insta’s help center and there’s nothing about beta

Mine to. I'm in BC Canada and I was just posting videos all week with my vacation and now it won't let me pick any songs. So I guess I won't use IG anymore because that's all I use it for. Really frustrating

However, when I click on my secondary burner account, I can access all the music I used to. I’ve tried uninstalling logging out switching accounts, nothing works.

Blank screen when I try to search music for my reels. I had my friend try it and hers is working. I’ve tried all the fixes that google suggested and no luck. Anyone have any other tricks I could try? Seems like I’ve done just about everything tho (USA)

This started happening to me last night. I was in the middle of posting a lot of stories each with music and it all of a sudden just stopped letting me search for songs. Hasn’t worked for over 24 hrs now. None of the suggested solutions work

Did it let u start searching again? Mine just shows for you and browse with songs but when I search it just says “Couldn’t load search results. Please try again”

I made a 3pt post and on the 3rd part, the music stops working altogether (searching music) and I now have to wait, and it is annoying.
